I add just enough broth for flavour...hate it soupy. One cup rice, 6-7 oz ground and 1/4 cup broth. (Maybe 1/3 cup)

I use the no sodium, organic chicken broth from Costco

Its really depends what you like. I don't make it to thick because its harder to eat driving
 
Try bone broth and just add a bit of soup flavouring. It has a lot of protein in it for a broth.
 
I do:
1 cup rice
6 oz ground bison
1/4 cup organic no salt chicken broth from Cosco

Macros: 11g F, 30g P, 40g C

^^^^^ Ultimate diet. I eat the same and have a sweet potato with it, and then a shake after. I got so sick of shakes that i took Bardagamaurs advice and added olive oil and peanut butter so i could get more shakes into my body. Eating the same diet every 2 hours, 10 times a day for 18 momths gets a little difficult to mentally stay in the game because there's no variation except for adding salads, and drinkng more water
