Newb IGF-1 LR3 (hgh Growth Guys) Dosing Protocol

Hey guys, I didn't see much info (unless I'm blind???) for giving advice for guys new to HGH/IGF1. I'm getting a 1mg vial from Growth guys, and my research says a safe protocol is to reconstitute with 1 ml bac water and dose 20 mcg a day until the vial runs out, around 6-8 weeks. I'd probably dose once per day, 7 days a week. I'm also on 6mg of Reta right now and on TRT. I'm 49, 6'0 and 200 pounds. I'm looking to maintain muscle while losing another 20 pounds. I've lost 30 pounds since starting reta 3 months ago, and been on trt for over 2 years. It's going great. I work out 3 days a week at the gym, try to get lots of steps on off days, and go for a long-ish hike with the family on the weekends, or some other activity like that. What can I expect? What to watch out for? Thanks!
 
When I used IGF1Lr3 way back I did 50mcg daily. Got about 3 weeks out of the vial.
Im not sure if it is true but back then guys said unless you mixed it with Acetic Acid the shelf life wasn't good over 4 weeks. Haven't used it since and have not looked into thay further.
The acid wasn't very fun to inject. Not to worst but certainly not something I looked forward too when I tried the DES version.
 
Well I only have experience running a much higher dose. From that i experience the most full blown pumps I’ve ever had. Can’t say how much it contributes to hypertrophy with everything else going on in the cycle. A lot of people would describe it more of a vanity drug than anything.
 
Didn't know people still used lr3. Basically the dose is as much as you can afford and anything less than 100mcg was basically useless, so you might as well just add GH and crank the dose up. I think vigorous Steve touted he really only saw results 500mcg-1mg PER DAY, which would be ludacrisly expensive though don't quote me you'll have to find his deep dive. I've never tried lr3 but ran DES at 100mcg pre workout didn't notice diddly other then pumps.

I've used IGF1-LR3 on an off for a few years, doses anywhere from 40mcg/day up to 200. In my opinion its wasted on cutting, especially when running HGH too, and especially in your case only working out 3 days a week.

iGF1-LR3 acts as a super shuttle for nutrients into your cells which is most valuable when you are generating enough damage to require repair, ie. 5-6 days a week, an only dosed on workout days. You would likely be better off just running HGH and maybe bumping that dose slightly, it will already provide significant nutrient partitioning effects and fat loss due to elevated natural IGF1 levels.
