Well it’s been a while since I’ve posted on any forums
Back at it again, been doing this a long time 10 years almost. When GH15 was a thing I was there often.

Was on TRT and dieting several months leading up to this
I’m 6’3 usually sit between
220-240
7-12% bf
Current cycle
400 primo
750 test
200 deca
Anavar some days preworkout oral 40mg
Have some inject Anavar I’ll be using too

Lab used syngen ampa and virtus

You are incredibly lean - stage lean if 7%. You should share your diet with the members in the 'what did you eat today'. Congrats on accomplishing 7-12% on TRT and dieting. It would help a lot of people. The thread is great - @BanditNOLIMIT is a regular contributor and it's just an opinion but if you lift weights (or call it body building) - the most important part of the equation or at least equal to the rest is your diet.
6'3 240 and 7% - impressive.
I loved both the oral and injectable form of Oxandrolone but within a week or two my liver enzymes were through the roof and I had to stop - luckily it came down quickly (2-3 weeks). Had I not tested my bloods, would never have known as I felt great.

I'm curious to know the differences you've noticed between oral anavar and the injectable form?

I've def heard some bro science about injectable or transdermal bypassing the first pass metabolism and thus do less damage to the liver. I haven't noticed much difference between injectable or oral forms personally, other than the time for it to peak / hit.

Since oral steroids aren't exactly studied in humans much, I figure a good comparison would be acetaminophen injections.


Intravenous acetaminophen (IV APAP) is a commonly used post-operative analgesic. In adults, IV APAP administered at therapeutic doses of less than 4 g over 24 hours is considered safe. Five to ten percent of APAP is metabolized into N-acetyl-p-benzoquinone imine (NAPQI), the toxic metabolite responsible for APAP hepatotoxicity.

Minimum toxic doses of acetaminophen for a single ingestion, posing significant risk of severe hepatotoxicity, are as follows:
  • Adults: 7.5-10 g
Yet via IV, the toxic dosage is considered > 4 grams a day. If anything, depending on the bio availability of the drug, it seems injectable forms might be more liver toxic.

Whatever way you take a steroid that may be toxic to your liver or kidneys, like @Someguy22922 said, injectable skips the first bypass through the liver but your body still has to metabolize it. One bypass through your liver isn't going to make it less toxic if you can't tolerate it. It still has to go through enough times to clear it from your system.
Even though the kidneys metabolize almost all of the compound, it appears to impact a lot of people's livers. I can't give you long term effects in terms of growth but I tried both for short courses and did liver enzyme blood work and both were terrible. I can't tolerate the drug but many can without any issues - lucky buggers lol.
I looked up the bio-availability of oral thinking you may get more out of an injection but if you read multiple reports - the bio-availability on some sites indicate almost 100%. Other places you read it can be 10-90%?
This has been discussed at length and I find the info @Someguy22922 discovered above interesting. My thought process is from a safety standpoint - there is little to no difference.
From a results standpoint, I can't comment as my liver gently tells me bugger off. Someone who has used both for longer courses would be better to comment on results.
Both made me feel great, libido increase, felt good and if I didn't do blood tests I would never know my liver enzymes were through the roof. I am guessing but at some point if I kept using it, my body would tell me something is wrong but that is conjecture because I don't know for sure.

240 I’m higher end %12 when bulking

I am not 240 %7 haha

Will check out that thread when I have time
Dieting to that lean I fast often

I will keep an eye on how I’m feeling, as for liver enzymes
I’ve run dbol and orals very long periods
Year straight almost for dbol with no liver enzyme issues.
I seem to have a very resilient liver even on high doses and prolong periods

When you say 7%, are we talking DEXA scan 7% or body fat scale 7%? Haha, just messing with you. I know for some people, "7%" looks more like 13%. Again, just joking!

Yes not far off the right as far as holding fat everyone holds fat slightly differently, I definetely look more flat sitting at %7-8 than that

I tend to sit at %10 most often

220 when I really diet down

240 when I bulk up
230 235 range with %10 tested
Granted I’m not spending money on the high price accurate scans

That’s awesome, man. I’m saying this with 100% love, zero hate—if you ever feel like it, post a picture. it’d be seriously impressive if you look like that at 7% and 220 lbs. Would be motivational for everyone. Even if you're not exactly at that percentage, the fact that you have your diet and everything dialed in is just phenomenal. Just throwing it out there—with nothing but love!

I can’t view it in full form but what do you sit at?
That’s 13%, brother—confirmed with a real DEXA scan. It’s a whole different game when you actually see your true body fat percentage. Some people might say I’m at 8%, which is way off, and that’s totally fine. But that’s why I’ve realized it’s always good to have an accurate measure of where you really stand.

I am 6’3 too, I’ve never considered where I’m at very impressive but I suppose that’s the bodybuilding mentality of looking at 300lbs mass monsters that are under 6 feet lol
 
Right now, my body fat percentage is much lower—I’m in the middle of a cut, and it’s going great. Life is good. I was thinking about starting a thread where everyone can post their pictures—doesn’t matter if you have low body fat, high body fat, who cares. Just post a picture; it’s exhilarating and keeps you motivated. I was waiting until my cut is done, probably another four weeks. Like you, I enjoy cutting way more than bulking, even though I look better when I’m walking around bigger. But hey, having those abs is always a nice bonus, isn’t it? Lol.

I absolutely love it, dude. I’d much rather see you crushing it and doing your thing than wasting time on non-productive stuff. Having motivation and a sense of purpose is a beautiful thing.

I would have guessed closer to 10 max granted I can’t zoom in on my phone and I can’t see you

Gotta get me one of those dexa scans sometime hey
