Been 6 weeks of doing 280 mg of test E per week. Been feeling pretty great as i was low test before starting and am noticing strength gains and fuller muscles even in a pretty large calorie deficit.

Someone at the lab fucked up and they didnt test my testosterone levels even though it was definitely on my requisition.

My prolactins just over range but my estradiol is in range, should i start taking the aromasin i got? Should i get mast/primo instead to control it?

So far havent noticed any sides besides possibly a puffier nipple.

Sleeps greatly improved, motivation is up, sex life is better than ever.

Am I blind, I don't see your Prolactin or E2 on any of those results?

If your e2 is not out of range, there's no need to take aromasin (In most cases).

What injection frequency are you using?

Whats your body fat %?

That's great that you've dropped that much body fat so far, keep up the good work.

How's your cholesterol?

That E2 isn't too bad, i find I feel best around 80-100 but as you lose more body fat that should naturally drop some as well.

I notice your bulribin is a bit high, how much water are you drinking daily?

Are you taking any liver support supplements, NAC/Tudca?

How much alcohol do you drink?

Cholesterol doesnt seem as great as it was before i started my bad cholesterol is higher and good is lower lol, thought it might have been the var (i took uh maybe 12 tabs this month)

I drink quiet a bit of water, im taking milk thistle for the liver, and i have had 1 mixed drink ( single) in the last 6 weeks.

I was heavily debating primo or mast, you think either would be ideal for me to get to an 80-100 range? Havent seen much that would dissuade me from hoping on em.

Either like 100 primo a week or 280 mast was what i was eyeing

Cholesterol is a big one if you're cycling, in my experience its best manages with a regular cardio program. 30 minutes of LISS 4x per week minimum, 180-210 minutes weekly is ideal but not practical for everyone.

Drop the var entirely, get everything dialed in before you start adding extras that can negatively impact your health markers more severely.

Drop the milk thistle, its overrated and under effective in my experience. The gold standard is NAC and Tudca, both of which are relatively inexpensive and tried tested and true.

Make sure you drink 3.5L+ of water per day, not only does this help shed bodyfat but keeps your body running more efficiently and makes keeping other health markers in range, easier.

I actually do ALOT of cardio, its been my #1 way at shedding bodyfat

45 mins to 1 hr of 13% incline 3.4 mph 6 days a week and usually a 7-10km hike on the "off" day (last weeks was 12 km)

Ya the vars getting put on hold for now.

Should i get both NAC and tudca? Or just choose one

Heres a pic from last weeks hike :)

That's great to hear, In that case I may not be the best member to refer to for managing high cholesterol otherwise as my experience is more limited. Hopefully some of the more experienced guys can chime in.

I find that NAC is a good year round supplement for keeping a healthy liver and the combo of NAC and Tudca is best when running orals. Keep in mind it is far easier to keep your liver values healthy and in range than it is to have an OH SHIT moment and need to scramble to bring them back to normal.

Prevention is the best approach
