Need advice on how to get back

Hi Guys, I was just looking for some advice on what my best course of action would be here, I've been training for about 5 years now, I started Peds about 2 years ago when I was 19 as I wanted to get a pro card, I went from 150lbs to 210lbs at 6ft 2 inches still relatively lean, I did 2 cycles:
Cycle 1- Test 300mg 1-12 Weeks and 450mg from week 13-20.
Cycle 2- Test 450mg NPP 150mg Week 1-8 and Test 500mg Npp 300mg Anavar 20mg Week 9-16.
I was working with a coach during that time and nutrition & Training was dailed. When I turned 20 I started focusing more on dating around than training and just did TRT at 150mg Test. BW came down to 190lbs but relatively lean (I've attached Pics), Beginning summer I started seeing a girl from the gym but that ended when I found out she was on tinder since then I stopped working out just to avoid seeing her and missed my TRT shots and ate like a total loser. I'm currently 190lbs but fat as fuck probably at 16-17% bodyfat and haven't worked out more than 2 times in like 2 months.

I wanted to know what my best course of action would be here: Should I cut down the fat on TRT and then do a cycle to get the tissue back or should I jump on a cycle and do a body recomp.

Sorry for the long read, I appreciate every single one of you and your knowledge.

Just start training and eating properly again.

Add TRT (I'm assuming it's self prescribed at your age) once you get back into the groove of things.

You should be able to regain most of what you lost on as little as 250mg of test.
In terms of calories should I eat at maintenance or a little lower?
 
Is there other gyms in your area? Id imagine you want to avoid that girl
There are but I was gonna start going early AM to avoid her, I get free membership as a student at the Uni plus she’s 24 and about to graduate end of this term so I should be good after a couple of months.
 
Gonna be harsh for you .
Jump up and down until your balls drop, be an adult and get back to the gym.
Eat like a bodybuilder, train like a bodybuilder and recover like one.
Keep your trt stable until you're ready to take the next step.
That doesn't mean you need to chase you pro card either. Things change in life and that may not mean as much to you anymore.
Although I have a feeling it won't take long before you get the itch again.
Get blood work now if possible, if you haven't at 150 mgs a week. And again before you jump back on ( im sure you're aware anyways)
 
I think you look good now just prioritize your goals, do you want to bulk and build, cut or recomp? Whatever you choose just take it from there but first things first if gear is involved get some bloodwork and donate if you need to. Make sure lipids and everything are good then dive right in on your goals
 
Yep agree with the rest, get your diet dialed in for a month then hop on cycle and recomp.
I woukd worry too much about being in a deficit, just start eating the right ratios, no shit.

Appreciate that! I get my bloods done 3-4 times a year and got one pretty recently, everything was in range other than my e2, my test with in the middle of the range but my was ever so slightly out. My coach noticed that before but since no sides like gyno or acne so we never really used any AIs.

I know I’ll probably get shit for this but I’ll be honest, When I was bigger and leaner I used to get a lot more attention from everyone at school and I’m just wanting to get back to that for now.

Well if you dont mind me saying. Based on the two pics. Two things I can see.

Pic #1 You need to bring ticeps up. It could just be the way the pic is taken, but it doesnt look like there is much tricep development. Figure a work out that hits all the heads, but again no need to go so heavy. Focus on the form and really squeezing it out. Slow reps with a 3 second negative. People often go way to heavy with triceps, there is absolutely no need to. With this I go atleast 20 reps, by the time I hit 20 I can feel a burn, by the end of the set, you want to feel really pumped. Your tricep should look big and swole.

Pic #2 Gotta bring the traps up. (Don't go so heavy, focus on proper form and slow but moderate weight for 15-20 reps with as many sets as you can do till you feel pumped and can feel a slight burn) Most people when they do shurgs or such, they do them wrong (Shoulders are often rounded forward) You want your shoulder pulled back, with a slight break at the elbow to really contract at the top.

I do similar to this but with Dumbells. It honestly works so well.


Your back looks nice tho, but with some improved trap development, it will look even better.

Keep the waist small mate, dont let it blow up.

True! That’s one of the reasons for me wanting to lean out a little so I can look better.
I was just trying to have fun and didn’t really date serious but this girl told me that since she was older than me she didn’t want to talk to unless I was serious I kinda caved in, dumb choice never again
