Hi Guys, I was just looking for some advice on what my best course of action would be here, I've been training for about 5 years now, I started Peds about 2 years ago when I was 19 as I wanted to get a pro card, I went from 150lbs to 210lbs at 6ft 2 inches still relatively lean, I did 2 cycles:
Cycle 1- Test 300mg 1-12 Weeks and 450mg from week 13-20.
Cycle 2- Test 450mg NPP 150mg Week 1-8 and Test 500mg Npp 300mg Anavar 20mg Week 9-16.
I was working with a coach during that time and nutrition & Training was dailed. When I turned 20 I started focusing more on dating around than training and just did TRT at 150mg Test. BW came down to 190lbs but relatively lean (I've attached Pics), Beginning summer I started seeing a girl from the gym but that ended when I found out she was on tinder since then I stopped working out just to avoid seeing her and missed my TRT shots and ate like a total loser. I'm currently 190lbs but fat as fuck probably at 16-17% bodyfat and haven't worked out more than 2 times in like 2 months.
I wanted to know what my best course of action would be here: Should I cut down the fat on TRT and then do a cycle to get the tissue back or should I jump on a cycle and do a body recomp.
