Natokinase dosing

I take 2000fu a day dose.
I noticed blood flows much better than ever before when bloodletting/donating. Doesnt coagulate as fast either.
This dose works for me so i wont raise it. It doesnt affect my hemo/hema levels on bloodwork though.
It has definitely earned itself a spot as a staple supplement for me.

No I do not donate blood , that seems to be a huge topic of to donate or not to donate there is medical /scientific research that proves donating actually causes your blood to thicken more hens raising hematocrit. I believe as a last resort if your hematocrit is 56 + and nothing else is working then donate to get it down to safe range and then start a new protocol to keep hematocrit in check .

I've been reading the same thing recently: donating blood causes a rebound effect that can ultimately make things worse. I'll choose to believe it, since my use of finasteride makes me ineligible anyways 😂

16000, can't say I feel effects, studies I recall said 12000 for wanted effects, not sure about hema. Rebound thing about bloodletting may be being misinterpreted IMO.
Are you able to buy high dose stuff or are you just popping like 6 or more capsules a day? Never mind i just looked. Lol

What did you find? I'm always looking for a better source.

Imma post a new thread in a minute, cause I just had a great article hit my email. No mention of hematocrit in the text but I've not listened to the video yet.

I always use iherb. I think i just bought the first one I found which was 2000fu but as soon as I looked into noticed i higher ones. I guess 2000fu is only 100 mg. I seen 200mg ones and even this one in Google search
