My year end pic's

You look great. Seriously really good. I bet 95% of the 20 year olds don’t look like that.
What do you do for dear delts? Or did they just grow to that from training them for years. Mine are so stubborn.
What are you sitting on as you do cable rows. I noticed the wood for your feet, I do that also, but right now I sit on the floor. Is it just a little step stool?

I had to come back to this a few times whenever I saw someone added a post and I noticed one thing that kind of went unmentioned... you are smiling and look very happy when lifting. I f'n love it! :) I'm the same way (as are many others on here likely) when I get to hit the gym and probably look like I'm a little crazy as I'm happiest when I am working my ass off, pushing through the pain and leaving everything else behind.

Great for you Brother!

I think it's called a step up box or something like that. I found that sitting on the floor felt awkward and the piece of wood is to give me a bit more distance to stretch out. I don't do anything for the rear delts, over the years I have off and on but I think for the most part it's just a matter of doing the basic movements that have developed them over the long haul. Any kind of rowing or pulling movement will hit the rear delts.

I'm just shy of 5'10. I used to be just shy of 5'11 lol. I got hit hard by a tree years ago which apparently "shattered" 3 vertebras hence losing almost an inch in height. The funny thing is they didn't see that when it happened it was only recently that I had xrays done and it was pointed out to me. I don't notice it at all.

95%?! The kids out your way must be doing a lot of things right because I’d say more like 99%.

Regardless.....Nice work sir!
