I've just had a very strange and unpleasant experience that I need to share. Sorry in advance, this might get long.
A week and a half ago, I suddenly developed extreme restless leg syndrome when I'd go to bed. If you've never had RLS, I truly envy you. It sucks! You lay there with your legs clenching/unclenching, punching yourself in the thighs, trying to will yourself to sleep. It's really miserable, and nothing brings relief. Needless to say, sleep quality suffers. I was getting maybe 2 hrs a night.
2 nights ago (Monday) it was really bad. I ended up taking some gabapentin out of desperation, and was still up for hours squeezing my calves and jamming my thumb deep into my hamstrings.
The next day I resolved to figure out what the hell brought this on. With the help of Gemini (Google's AI), I figured it out.
Last August I started a blast and ran low dose primo (~100mg) to keep e2 in check. My stack included npp, so I was taking p5p for prolactin. At this time I also dropped finasteride, as it can apparently worsen hairloss with nandrolone.
Blast ended mid December, and I (likely too quickly) jumped into a cut that included tren, so p5p stayed in, kept primo in, and kept fin out. This ended in mid-march and I went into a cruise.
On my cruise dose, primo was no longer needed, but I kept it in to finish my open vial. I reintroduced fin at 0.5mg.
Around 2 weeks ago, I:
- dropped primo
- stopped taking p5p
- upped finasteride to 1mg
After entering this info into Gemini, this is the final summary it came up with (citing sources for these conclusions):

The suggested course of action for that night:
- take 20mg proviron to quickly get some DHT in my system
- skip my finasteride dose
- take p5p + magnesium
I followed this advice and I tell you I slept like a baby last night, RLS totally gone. I'm now coming up with a transition plan to slowly remove proviron and p5p, and reintroduce fin. I'm also getting bloods this Friday, and will check my iron levels. Low iron is another common cause of RLS, and may be a contributing factor (though in my case, the fix suggests it's not).
Anyways, yeah, that was a strange one. Something I didn't expect from the "minor" changes i made.
I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences..? Or just RLS in general. I'd love to hear about it!
P.S. shout out to @SPECTRE for including a bag of proviron with one of my larger orders. It came in very handy!
