My 120 Day Peptide Journey - Peptide Review

So I seem to get obsessed with stuff and over the past 120 days its been peptides and changing my life.

I lost 52lbs over the last 120 days. I used to be obsessed with working out when I was younger, but 11 years of having a bodybuilder appetite mixed with having 6 kids and working from home it wasn't a good picture.

I tried almost all of them, here is my experience with each.

I also mixed them with TRT + HGH (Mix of pharma and generic). Started at 100mg TRT and titrated up to 200mg. HGH varied, it started at 3IU of Pharma and went up to 6IU-10IU of Pharma after dropping a 35lb plate on my big toe and breaking it. Then I switched it to generic.

Since I am obsessive and I'm into artificial intelligence, I basically vibe-coded myself a platform where I tracked absolutely everything from:
- my nutrition
- my workouts
- my weight
- my blood pressure
- my blood sugar
- my blood work
- my weight
- my steps
- my HRV
- my sleep
EVERYTHING was tracked... No heartbeat was missed and I could tell exactly if a compound had a negative effect on my body.

RETATRUTIDE - I started out at 1 mg per week and eventually titrated up to 6 mg. I'm currently titrating it down to 3 mg. This is, by far, the most impactful peptide in existence for me. It completely turned my pre-diabetes around and helped me completely get rid of my non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. I have the blood test to prove it. I don't plan to use it forever but when you're starting a weight loss journey, controlling appetite is insanely useful.

Recommended Starting Dose: 1mg / week
Max Dose: 4mg / week

SLU-PP-332
- I've suffered from chronic fatigue for a long time from COVID. And SLU at the beginning honestly had the largest impact on my energy. It's also been a really good fat burner. I've tried dosing from 1 mg to 10 mg per day. I typically break it into three different doses per day. I would say after a while it doesn't work as well but the initial benefits of removing my chronic fatigue: it hasn't come back since. Growth Guys has a pack of 60 20mg pills for $120, which is an insane deal so I got that and I would just break those down into smaller doses. This is probably my second favorite peptide. I did see my HRV initially go down from this, which was interesting because most people report increased HRV. I was also exercising six times per week and doing one hour of fasted cardio every day so it could have just been a recovery issue.

Recommended Starting Dose: 1mg / day
Max Dose: 20mg / day

5-AMINO-1MQ
- This one is interesting. Absolutely no difference in how I feel. But I do believe it's helping with fat loss. I take two 50 mg pills per day. I'm still unsure about this one. I think this should be used as kind of a late-stage fat burner but I can't for sure say that it works. I was successful in my fat loss and health journey but I'm not sure how much it played an actual role.

Recommended Starting Dose: 50mg / 2x day
Max Dose: 50mg / 3x day

MOTS-C
- I got a lot of energy benefits using MOTS-C. It was fairly subtle overall. It's not like a stimulant like caffeine but I seem to get energy throughout the day using it. I try daily dosing. I tried three times per week with larger doses. It's so subtle it's hard to say how well it works. Should you put budget into it? Probably not. But it really depends. Some people get benefits from mitochondria peptides and not others. If SLU doesn't work for you then this may be good. One note is some people have an allergic reaction to it so I would test it with 1 mg for your first injection. I didn't have any problems whatsoever but just a note.

Recommended Starting Dose: 3mg / 3x week
Max Dose: 3mg / day

BPC 157 / TB500
- This one was really interesting. I used it at the very beginning of my weight loss journey and it really helped me with a lot of my inflammation and just overall gut issues. I did notice it worked really well. I ran it at first without an injury. Then later I broke my toe and used it to recover with larger doses. I was only doing about a milligram per day of each at the very beginning. For injury recovery I upped it to around 3 mg per day of each and it did make quite a difference. My broken toe healed probably at about double the speed but I was also running growth hormone and it seems to have some synergy with the growth hormone. Would I recommend this one? Yeah this is probably a staple.

Recommended Starting Dose: 1mg / day (each)
Injury: 3mg / day for the first week

KPV
- My family suffers from IBS and Crohn's disease and KPV completely cleared all of my stomach issues. It was a good add-on. I didn't get it as a mixture in a klow stack. I ran it at about 1 mg per day. Once I was done I didn't bother getting any more. It's an interesting one. If you have stomach issues, it may be worthwhile to get but overall I would say not required.

Recommended Starting Dose: 1mg / day

NAD+
- So before NAD+ I was on NMN. And I didn't notice much of a difference switching from one to the other. I got the exact same benefit as NMN. But I did the math and it's actually cheaper than buying the oral NMN. And it's very cheap. I would say it's subtle for most people. I am doing 30 mg per day. It's definitely a keeper. Overall you get the benefits of enhanced energy.

Recommended Dose: 30mg / day

GHK-CU
- This one is interesting. I really did get skin benefits from it because I lost a lot of weight. It has helped with my loose skin and overall skin quality has been amazing. You do have to be careful though because if you take too much copper you can overdose on it. So I don't want to recommend that everybody takes it. Make sure you do some reading on this one because there are peptides that you can overdose on and this is definitely one of them. Overall very beneficial and it's a keeper in my stack.

Recommended Dose: 4-6mg / day

SELANK / SEMAX
- I got some serious benefits from these peptides. I'm an influencer and I do knowledge work so any productivity pays itself off significantly. I wouldn't say it gives you lots of energy or is a stimulant. It's more like a calming focus type of work. I'm keeping this one in my stock because anything that's going to help my brain definitely helps.

Recommended Dose: 1mg / day

GENERIC HGH - Long story short I had around $10,000 worth of pharma growth hormone that I went through. It was expensive because it was Omnitrope. And it was actually bought through a pharmacy. After eventually using it all, I decided to try generic and I seriously don't notice a difference whatsoever. The generic is just as good. I tried lots of different dosing so I went from 3 IU just daily to, when I had my injury, upwards of 6 IU and 10 IU per day. It makes a significant difference in healing times and recovery. In under three weeks my broken toe was basically healed and the doctor was amazed by it. I plan to use this for the rest of my life. Growth hormone is amazing.

Recommended Dose: 3IU / Day
Recommended Injury Dose: 6IU - 10IU (Crank it until you cant feel your hands lol)

METHYLENE BLUE
- Not really a peptide but overall I was surprised how good this was. I thought it was some conspiracy nut substance so needless to say I had to try it. It has a good calming effect overall when you take it, a good energy effect. It's really calming and subtle and good for energy and I hear there's lots of other benefits for it. My blood work has never looked better. I'm sure this is somewhat part of it.

Recommended Dose: 10mg / day

I spent thousands on peptides to test them so you don't have to. Ask me anything.
