I started competing in Bikini in 2015. Placed 3rd at ABBA Muscle Beach 2015, qualified for Provincials. Placed 5th at ABBA Provincials 2016, qualified for Nationals. Placed 16th at CBBF Nationals 2017. Placed 2nd at ABBA Provincials 2018 and 13th or 14th at CPA Championships 2018.
The plan now is to not compete again until 2020.
I'm going to take some solid time off to grow and heal up old injuries.
Once we hit start of prep, we'll decide if I'm staying in Bikini or moving into Wellness or Figure / and what Fed I'd like to stick with.

You've been busy :)

What is "Wellness" i've never heard of this.

Wellness Fitness... its a new division in the IFBB Elite Pro League (CBBF). Its meant to bridge the gap between bikini and figure
"The Wellness Fitness division is intended for women who prefer a muscular physique without muscle separation, athletic and aesthetically pleasing, with a bigger body mass than in Bikini"

Update on this. I spent the last year focusing on growing and building into Figure. Recent blood work shows I'm in a good place.
When we saw @Roadhouse's new coach and I mentioned Figure he basically said 'why? You're obviously Wellness and you don't have the crazy shoulders for Figure' so ... instead of going with another coach I decided to go with him. CPA is also bringing in Wellness.
I recently compiled this pic to show the current differences between the classes.

Which is which?

Good on you,
I'm a big fan of wellness,
I follow some of the asian circuits like Korea, where wellness is a bit more prominent.
Great balance for women with the ability to throw on a little mass, without the wider shoulder and ribcage.
Really is a great class to be in and watch.

Really? I've only ever seen Brazilian wellness! (Prior to it becoming more of a thing in the last year) I'll have to look for others.
Yeah, I think they look badass!

Firadamo on YouTube is the one to watch for Korean BB comps.

They lack Mens open, and their mens Classic is closer to our Physique (sans silly boardshorts lol)

But their womens Sport/Bikini and wellness is actually REALLY competitive, you should check it out. (at least the top 5 or 6 in every competition.. then you get some athletes that realistically arent close to ready in terms of their conditioning)

They still dont have the depth of amazing competitors that we have here in North America, but still fun to watch.

I got into it because my wife is asian and did a little competing years ago.
So she got me hooked on those 3 levels of the sport.

Is this still happening Nov 14?
I don’t want to speak for @MrsRH but I did see a few weeks ago she wasn’t as happy as she could be with her progress. With all the obstacles she’s faced the fact she’s even still going for it is impressive to say the least.

She killed it! Despite having to deal with my health issues...Im so beyond proud of her
