Well here is my 3 month follow up.
I've gone from 172lb @ 8% bodyfat to around 190lbs @ unknown bodyfat but definitely a little fluffier. Not cut like I was 3 months ago but significantly stronger. Felt like my hunger skyrocketed. I was in a deficit around 1900-2k calories and then was struggling to keep it under 3k after a couple weeks in.
Overall feeling good. Felt a difference in mental clarity and focus around week 4-6. Sleeping better almost like I dont need as much sleep, improved quality even on short nights. Libido was really good for a bit but as of the last few weeks kind of sliding off. I do have a lot of stress in my life at the moment though.
Wondering if that estrogen is too high for me. I haven't had any negative side effects that I've noticed but the sex drive is down and I do find it a little challenging to ejaculate. Could be the stress or E2 @ 220. I have a consult on Friday with the NP so we will see what they say.
Strength in the gym is up and was hitting PRs almost every week. I did hurt my back almost 4 weeks ago so had 2 weeks off and now getting back into upper body heavy movements but lower body is still only higher rep qith lower weights. I don't think I'll be using a barbell for squatting or deadlifting for awhile unfortunately.
I definitely notice a difference in my shoulders and traps gaining some size.
