Is anyone interested in a simple Baseball pool?

Pick the winners of games played on a certain day or the weekend - divide the season in thirds so there would be three prizes & overall champ plus playoff round.


We’d need a sponsor to make things interesting & at least 10 or more participates .

your idea would seem to be a lot of work to keep things recorded and also guys are not always active to in a nutshell if this will work please convince me how it can be done easily???

or if you like make yahoo pool similar to the one we have here for football. put the link here and invite guys to join if they wish
as @biguglynewf for pointers if needed he looks after most of the sports betting stuff on here

you get a pool going and I will make sure there are prizes :) if there are a minimum of 10 members participating
 
It is a tough go with many pools.....baseball is always one of them.

I'm always in....I like the concept....but I think it needs to be simplified somehow to be successful.

What that looks like...I'm not sure and wish I had an answer.

Guys chime in with your thoughts!

The typical fantasy pool for baseball is a lot and it's usually only decent if you have a bunch of mlb fanatics....or at least a group of degenerate gamblers that have to do something until football starts!

The simplest pool would be choose winners from only one day a week - two max. Thursdays & Mondays (except for opening day) have the least games usually a travel day & Friday, Saturday & Sunday the most as many as 15.Baseball.jpg

Is there a platform that will auto tabulate the results and create standings?

If so, can it be tailored to the number of days per week you want to pick?

That would be kinda slick and maybe we can get some interest?

I’d join a simplified version if you can set line ups for the week.

Can’t do daily line ups to be honest but I’d give it a whirl

Never tried an MLB pool
