MY wife has very high testerone... she has fibroids, which raises her testosterone.. It's the point she's on meds to help balance it out. She used to take birthcontrol to help balance the hormones, but out of no where birthcontrol starts messing her up.. so she got off and she warned me "jsut so you know.. When I'm not on the pill, I'm horny non stop"... Well that didn't happen.. the last time she wasn't on the pill she was like 20 and of course since then things change..

Misinformation….its the compounded cream not gel that is apply to the privates. (Both men and woman). Applying the gel will cause burning

True, romance helps but not like it did pre kids. Romance now is basically just to get rid of the kids for a night.

If you want to hear something bizarre, what really seems to works for my wife when sex gets slow is for me to cheat on her and then pick the right moment to tell her about it in detail. She will jump me on the spot and we will then have sex multiple times a day for a few weeks until things simmer down a bit to a consistant once daily thing which I like, and then if/when I feel its getting slow I'll do it again, or I'll tell her about another one that I have stored in my memory bank.

I'm not advocating anyone else try this as your mileage may vary.

In my experience HRT does little to address libido in women. I believe low libido is tied more to stress, anxiety and other mental health. Pre and post menopause alot of women just don’t feel sexy and then have a hard time getting in the mood

no but correct me if i'm wrong, if a women with low libido doesn't want her man to stray out of the relation ship after he has pulled all the cards, he has talked about her about his needs, his concerns, his wants... then goes to the extreme lenghts to make he feel wanted and sexy.... at some point if she cares about him won't she just slap some lube on and humor him and let him hit that shit?

I've never hit a women with low libido but i'm assuming it's not like when men can't get it up and it's game over. I don't know.. I've seen the symptoms and blood work showing my wife's hormones have changed...

I also believe women's brain chemical balances change due to having kids as well.

I'm sure kids/middle age/work also causes stress/anxiety etc which makes everythign worse..


My wife has always had anxiety/health anxiety, but we didn't know beause the symptoms were so light.. but then after 2 kids it was like BOOM over night it seemed..

I figured it's more like in her mind if another woman is interested in me sexually it validates her decision to be with me, and she realizes I will not hesitate to get another woman if she doesn't give me what I want. The last one was over 10 years younger than her so she knows I have some options.

Now as much as I blow the horn that advocates it I'm not saying anyone here should cheat, but showing your partner that you are still desirable by others and making them a little jealous can work to your advantage if done right.

I firmly believe its a responsibility of mine to keep myself in shape, good hygeiene, good self care etc to the point that my wife still wants me. It's sort of like your saying I think? If other strsnge women my age and younger desire me, then I know I am fullfilling that part where I keep myself put together enough that I am still desiable to my wife. I think its awful if one person in a relationship lets themselve go to the point they simply are undisierable by the other person.. Most times though, it seems like both people let themselves go eqaully..

All this being said, I know for me that I must be attraccted to someone physically and personaility/intelligence to be attracted to them.. I also need to feel like I should respect my partner in order to be attracted.. I coulnd't be with a women I didn't respoect..

All of this I feel I need from a women as well. I need them to maintain themselves to the poitn they are still attractive to me.
