What resources do you use to figure out your macros needed?
A few years ago I had this app I used for bulking but I can no longer find it. Looking back, it was great for counting calories and protein. For some reason it wasn’t so great for carbs. Sure it could keep count but never told you what you needed or the daily % you were at.
Now I’m going back to a paper based book and want to know what I should be taking in. I looked at diet plans online but they all seem to be geared towards people who don’t have jobs. Or are professional fitness peeps. (ie. “post workout meal at 3pm”?! What the fuck) my work schedule is weird, nice but weird. I’m up at 4am, gym 5-6. Work 7-5:30 for 8 days, wed-wed. Then I have 6 days off. I train Monday to Friday. Gym isn’t even open Saturdays. Obviously when I’m 6 days off I train around 10am-ish and usually stay a little longer.
Edit: oh yeah, I’m also 5’9” 184lbs and around 18-20%bf
