Latest TRT blood work. E2/libido questions

Latest labs @75mg test e/3x/wk. No AI, occasional HCG for ball size, maybe 500iu every 2 weeks?
Total T- 677, range 250-1100
Free T- 150, range 35-155
DHEA-236, range 61-442
E2- 66, range </=29
DHT- 19, range 12-65

Libido and ED could be better. Labs were mid sept and since then I've bumped back up to 90mg/wk, and kept the HCG more consistent at 250x2/wk. Not much change and of course my e2 is probably even higher now so thinking I try Adex at 0.25mg or 0.5mg, 2x/wk

I was hesitant to add AI at such a low test dose but I think at 48 I'm just more prone to conversion.

You seem to be a hyper responder lol. That's awesome man. How many days after last injection until you did blood work?

I inject 3x/wk so I got blood work just before one of the injections (trough)

That's probably why you free test seemed high to me. I'm on 150mg a week and it keeps my free test around 675 but I go for blood 5 days after last injection.

If I may...
Seeing as Adex has a time to peak of around 2hrs, TE around 24 and Adex has a half life around 48+(32 up to 60?) hours you may consider what just happens to be splitting the difference of those 2 protocols. 0.75mg/wk.
I can't recall off the top of me head when Adex's mechanism of action actually results in the lowest plasma level of E so you may want to look that up but iirc it is close to the peak. That's why it's the first bottle I grab before switching to Asin when gyno rears it's ugly fucking head. Also note almost all of the data on AI's is from female use which could mean significant differences if you identify as a man (jk).

Considering all that I still think the best shot at most effective use on a 3x/wk inject schedule may be taking the Adex about a day after each TE shot.

Frankly I much prefer Aromasin - larger dose per pill means more accuracy in dosing if splitting, roughly 24 hour half life makes for easy management. Adex is harder on bone density and lipids and anecdotally we hear more trouble to dial in, probably due to the factors just listed..
 
I am going to talk to my doc next time about switching to asin.

I'm not sure I can tolerate having to remember to take a pill a day after each shot. Much prefer to do everything at once. Another reason to switch to asin. Perhaps.
