DO NOT SEND SAMPLES
I sent around 20+ samples between June 25th and July 2nd. Today is September 16th.
To start off, they posted on their bulletin board about issues with their machine, stating they had to get it fixed and had ordered a second one. Cool, no problem—I was fine waiting. Weeks went by, so I followed up. They replied, asking for patience while they caught up. Again, cool, no problem.
Eventually, I slowly started getting a few results here and there, but they were completely staggered: I'd get a few in one week, then nothing for the next two weeks, then a few more. To me this wasn't making sense because if someone sent in 20 samples you would expect them to do 20 samples not a few here and there every week, this is how a mix up samples or misplacement tcould possibly happen. Super unprofessional.
Currently, they still owe me results for 5 tests. I noticed other customers were receiving their test results before mine, even though all of my samples arrived nearly a month before theirs. I called them out and asked what was going on. How could they possibly process newer samples before mine or so many others? Doesn't this mess up the queue and risk mixing up or losing someone's samples?
No reply for weeks.
I then asked for a refund on my remaining samples, because there is no way I can trust their results anymore if they are prioritizing samples that arrived after mine. Still no reply. I won't be using them again because I can no longer trust their work—for all I know, they could give me a review claiming my samples contain no product at all.
Now, they've posted on their platform claiming they are back up to full speed. What about my samples and everyone else's? This could be a scam. DO NOT SEND YOUR SAMPLES HERE.
And now after doing more research all the forums/reddit etc are flooded with customers not receiving any tests and asking for refunds with no replies. I loved these guys I was one of the first to post how good they were on here. Hurts to even shame them but you guys all need to know. It's not about the money it's about paying for a service and trusting that they will do their job honestly, there is no more trust anymore which important in this industry as we need proper CoAs.
If anyone doesn't believe me, DM me and I can send all the screenshots with no problem.
