keeping gains

Yeah definitely you have to go private. Usually heart you go echocardiogram “cheap, no radiation and they can see the electrical harmony”. Kidneys also fit well with ultrasound.

Now going deeper tac you will be exposed to radiation but the risk is mild.

Finally, I definitely think is impossible to have MRI which is amazing and no radiation, just for the sake of our lifestyle. Lol.
I started with a stress test. They have no reason to turn you down its cheap and harmless but it doesn't show everything about the heart and you might have to exaggerate some random symptoms to get approved. They say though any type of blockage over 70% of an artery would be noticed as well as enlarged left ventricle. Apparently anyway

@Rolls roydz
  • There is a risk of damage to cells or tissue from being exposed to radiation, including the small amounts used in CTs, X-rays, and other medical tests. Over time, exposure to radiation may cause cancer and other health problems. But in most cases, the risk of getting cancer from being exposed to small amounts of radiation is low. It is not a reason to avoid these tests for most people.
  • Plaque that is not hard (soft plaque) can't be found with a coronary calcium scan. Soft plaque is the earliest form of damage to the arteries of the heart. If you have soft plaque in your arteries, the test may give normal results, but this is a false-negative result. The buildup of soft plaque can also cause a heart attack.
  • It is possible to have false-positive test results. This means that the test shows a high chance of plaque in the arteries of the heart when it is not true. People with a low chance of heart disease are most likely to have a false-positive test.

Sorry @chromed you can see these threads get a little off topic but it's always a wealth of knowledge
my apologies

but the heart many people leave out

clen also cause left wall ventricle thickness
at a higher rate that inhaled ventolin
as clean it has 100% systemic absorption

Yes. Radiation is super dangerous but also super well misunderstood.

Don’t even get me started with nuclear energy and how leftist talk garbage about this. 🤣

Rare to see a respectful, polite response after taking some heat. Good on you. I'm sure you've heard enough to figure out where shit went sideways here. Once you've been around for a bit you will likely and unfortunately catch more than one example of some of the reasons we tend to be a bit ready to jump on someone who appears to be headed down an all too common negative path.

Hope the responses so far have provided you with some helpful info.

very much so !!
it’s appreciated.

I dont think docs would allow imagining too often it carry a certain health risk with radiation. I can't even get one so I'd imagine anyone checking even twice a year who doesn't have heart disease probably wouldn't get the referral. Costs of tests are even more reason to deny you
You can request an ultrasound and pay for it yourself. There is no radiation and is referred to being better than many diagnostic methods for looking at some issues. For checking specific organs, the ultrasound is as good as an MRI (no radiation / costs a fortune) for checking some organs. I get one done once a year.
Want a quick heart check and I do not advocate lying but if your doctor is a fucker and won't help you, walk into an ER and tell them your chest hurts and your left arm feel weird. You will be back on a bed in minutes getting an EKG but expect to get a chest X-ray too.

No worries - if I thought you were being an ass I would send you a PM. It simply is not acceptable to make a statement like offering the owner of a forum 10K as a finders fee. Further, hiring someone off a few paragraphs, albeit I think gondar1 is an intelligent individual, is a unique way of running a billion dollar business but I don't have a billion dollar business so all the power to you.
I wasn't chiming in because everyone chimes in - spend enough time here and you will learn I am one of the easiest going people around and rarely lose my temper. It can easily be construed as disrespectful, regardless of what you say, to offer someone 10K because they tell you not to recruit on their website. Enough said - no need to talk about it anymore. It's all good.

Stick around, we move past stuff fast, and keep contributing good content.

take care,
GR

To answer the question. It is very unlikely if you have been enhanced with a good amount of anabolic you will keep your gains.
It is very tough to stay close as one is while on anabolics.

You can keep some of the gains and then jump back on.
For me off cycle is a time to train fairly hard, not overdo it.
Eat well and recover.

Then hit hard when back on. Believe me I tried almost everything to maintain when off three months.
But I always recover quick and when back in the gains begin again.
This is a tad off topic but Im curious to know what you think about guys like John meadows. I think in a video with his cardiologist he mentioned being on TRT, but he was still big and lean. With pro level genetics and TRT is this possible?

I always watch rbc, liver enzymes and I used to watch lh/fsh free test etc.
I keep Hdl/ ldl in check always.
C RP or c reactive protein, glucose fasting., full hematology panel, and the list goes on.
I just basically watch the same things as I do while in. Then as I am on, I ensure I don’t go too far out of my ranges for too long.
I go off even when everything is within range while cycling. It is just what I do. Many stay on if all in range. I just like going off and I love going back on. If I stay on it loses it’s muster for me.
Off is off and I do a body detox and amp things up for diet to be even more on point and add a few supplements.
I do two wid Rose detoxes each year and full body cleanse and I really enjoy that process as well.
Then when I go back on it’s like a rocket daily advances it feels like but I see advances weekly at minimum. Until they slow right down, then I repeat again. Health is wealth.
Do you completely come off when you come off? Meaning no TRT?

This is inspiring Sr. May I ask, have you also checked your organs structure? Do you do it often? Or at least your heart every X amount of time?

You are a beast and also a health and longevity freak which is many people’s dream.
I have had my heart checked via Ultrasound for left ventricle hypertrophy (enlarged heart) and calcium scores etc. All were very good, i get EKG for heart also and all was good.
I had CT scan for liver , kidneys and pancreas checks about 4 months ago due to an issue with my gut that subsided and everything was real good as well... Did 12 weeks of BPC-157 and i have been perfect in the gut area ever since..High food intake does catch up now and then and i needed to adjust my food intake and food types, but now, cast iron gut again, but i respect it moreso...

I don't have a comment on JM, he was my coach for quite awhile and he had his deals etc...
I do not think it is possible to maintain a pro level physique while on trt...As good as JM was, i see mr.olympias go off or trt, like Dex jackson, Jay Cutler Dave Palumbo, And many others that turn very different..I domn't like to say folks lie, buit without that exogenous addition, it is just not possible to be on Gear and gain 30-70 lbs or what ever it is, then maintain when levels drop...Not poissible over long term...A few months, YES...

I will comment on Chris Bumstead as he is logging some stuff now on gear use. You can see with him when he is off cycle, he also goes completely off minimum once per year and i believe him. He definitely shrinks and gets different fat muscle ratios and look more normal when off. But he is taller also...Like myself...So i get the same look when off. But when on, he grows fast and you see changes a lot and swiftly, and of course once he diets it is a game changer. I liken my response moreso to Cbums responses also...I am not comparing myself to Mr. Olympia classic, but i am more relatable and similar to his physique and changes we see on and off cycle...

Whe i come off, i am OFF. When i run TRT i run it around 150 mg per week. I come off at minimum 2 times per year for 8-12 weeks... OFF...So four months off each year minimum...Right now i am on TRT at 150 mg test per week only and getting ready for a bit of a mass gainer and keeping BF low right now and then add in a bit of fat to my body, not much, maybe 6 more % or so...I do well anabolic wise around 13-15% bodyfat, then diet down and lose 5-6% of the fat i put on and become lean with little muscle loss dieting.. If i get too fat, i lose a small amount of muscle while dieting. This method works for me pretty well. If i stay too lean, i do not grow well, even when diet is spot on....

While off, would you keep your bodyfat in the same range you would with TRT?

Good post. Regarding the part above, I'm gonna go back and make the smallest edit to my first post in this thread. I stand by everything I said there but I barely touched on your point above.
Cheers

So if hanging onto your gains is really that high on your priority list take a crack at it.
Push the limits.
Get Fucking Crazy in the Gym.
Get Fucking Crazy with every detail about what you consume.
Get Fucking Crazy with recovery protocols.

Their are some amazing stories out there including many who fully buy into this philosophy and tap into something they didn't even know they possessed. It's possible to gain more post cycle than while you were on especially if everything wasn't truly optimal while on.

Go for it brother, reveal your intestinal fortitude! Fuck, imagine where you will be if you progress drug free for a few months and have a new, clean starting point when you start cranking again!

EDIT: without re-reading all my own words I feel like in an effort to push my thoughts I barely touched on the limitations of the post's theme. Subsequent posts have spurred me to come back. Ultimately, so far in known human evolution at least afaik, this has not been accomplished over the long term. There are absolutely some lasting benefits possible like the increase in receptors, structural strength of some tissues, old many strength etc. and you certainly can extend the period where the benefits are apparent. The time these benefits span is tough to quantify in this regard as is how much "better" a guy is but superfluous AAS is undeniably effective.
I agree on the paragraph just before the edit in a big way...This is what i speak about frequently. I go off fo 8-12 weeks, usually 12, when off i eat impeccably, i train smart and hard, my recovery is on a schedule.
Then i have maintained some of my muscle while off, in 3 months off, i maintain quite a lot in fact. When off for 6 months or more even less than 6 months, those gains diminish, no matter how much i train and eat correctly, just because enhanced is enhanced and our bodies genetic structure is set, Anabolics, GH and other chemicals can overcome our genetic limitations we naturally have, BUT, it ALWAYS comes back to a natural state but better than if never trained before, better than if one never took gear, you will be better, but not near as good as we are when all cylinders are firing and influx of exogenous drugs entering our bodies daily. Heck we can train half assed while on gear and gain, not so with no anabolics and other goods being fed exogenously to us, by us....

BUT, the awesome thing is...When you take time off, train in a perfect schedule for your bodies ability and push it just a bit outside of the comfort zone, eat well and keep BF on lower side. When you do come back on, it is goodness for many weeks and you can gain extremely well and look and feel fantastic.

Body fat is easy to accumulate when in an off state, so keep it in check while off, so you don't lose that extra food capacity you can take in for extra growth and a small bit of fat gain to make optimal when back on. If you get fat while off, it is not near as effective as slight insulin resistance occiurs, estrogen build up occurs and then you don't get to push the calories when back on because you are already at the limits of fat before it becomes detrimental to solid fast gains...

Obviously i completely agree with edited portion as well...
I love this thread,,,,lots of good stuff going on in here...the full gamut...

I was thinking the same thing...that is getting very lean ... very tough to get to
No shit. That’s nopt, oh I am just lean and it happens lean, lol. I know at 8% I had striations in my obliques. You see details in your abs you don’t normally see at that level.
Ive been 8% but never leaner, and I was young and worked for it (lots of cardio and ephedrine) and I used to be the hard gainer lean type naturally.
I guess when he tosses up a pic he will prove me wrong.
