As my previous posts here have said im a newbie thats also probably retarded.

Just got my doc ordered blood work results back and it says im actually Low Testosterone

Theres nothing showing my free T level though even though im pretty sure i saw it was supposed to be tested for on my lab sheet.

Are these results conclusive enough to make a responsible decision or will i need to go get another blood test privately?

Attached below are my tests

5.6 (8.0-35.0) for Total T is enough to get a script for TRT all day long.
You’re not just low, you’re below the bottom of the range.

TRT will likely take you back up 25-30 on that scale.

I dont have insurance unfortunately (not working cuz of my broken back) so is a script even worth it? I got 2 bottles of t400 atm was planning on just putting .1 ml (40 mg) a day into me subq starting like now lol

100% low T is a definite contributor to gain weight. I’m sure there are other factors, but lowT is a big one for sure.

it would be worth digging into in more to find out why your levels are in the shitter.
There could be further underlying medical issues.

I’d want to know more. Those levels at 28 are not common at all.

Are you complaining about no energy? They listen to that one. You might get gel to start but can get off that quickly saying your partner is getting piles of zits on her back and say it’s new for her and you spoon her at night.

You have LSH/FSH hormones which indicates no test use. You need that if going for TRT. Start standing up a bit more for yourself and good things will happen. Have you played with test on a micro level? I did and I kept my lút hormones up and allowed TRT to be explored.

Yeah i have, i honestly think my doctors a downie i would love to switch docs but im in a small town and the other clinics arent accepting new patients lol.

When you say no test use what do you mean? I havent played with test at all no im a complete newb.

If someone takes test the luteinizing hormones will eventually read zero which is full shutdown and a clear indication to the doctor someone took testosterone. Big no no. Don’t know what to say other than stay the course maybe try one of the Canadian websites that can get you TRT. My doctor was ultra conservative as I was their very first patient for TRT. I had to go in for injections by them for a few months
