What have you heard about these compounds and what are you looking to know?

I've never use sema specifically, so I'm sure some other members could chime in better.

I've done some reading on Trevo, it's an interesting looking myostatin inhibitor but it also seems to share many of the same risks other drugs of that class also carry.

I've never heard of Trevogrumab, had to search what it is, very interesting...
