Increased my Dose: Managing sides

Hey boy!

So was on TRT and just increased form 150mg to 400mg (200mg twice a week) every week. Following the "KISS" method haha

Im starting to show signs of Acne starting on my back. Just wondering how I should manage this. If I should lower my dose or start introducing AI/SERM

I have Aromansin 20mg and Nolvadex 20mg on hand

Also! The option is there for me to stop being a little bitch and just deal with a little acne 😂

Also! I plan on running this for 8-12 weeks and getting bloods done at the 4 week mark

You may be like me. I tried the AI game and it does work ok for the most part however there comes a point I need accutane. I let it go last cycle and still have the acne "spots" on my back from it..... 6yrs later. Have been sun tanning and such and that helps. I just don't want to go for any strips or peels to get the marks away quicker. Accutane is like the devil. I dance with it to keep things at bay but hit it properly to get rid of it.
 
Might be better to try lower test with another compound. I am against using accutane based on horror stories of using it. Some how I’ve never suffered acne from any cycle I’ve done including some pretty heavy blasts. If it’s minor maybe just tanning is a better plan.
 
It's too hard to say what you will personally need to control the estrogen so you'll need to experiment and/or get blood work to figure out what will work for you.

I'm not sure about aromasin dosing as I've only used arimidex but I'd start with 1/8 of a tablet of arimidex E3D as I don't aromatize much and later opted for dropping the test a bit or using DIM instead.

In the mean time, antibacterial dish soap works well to help clear up the acne.
 
How many weeks in are you sometimes acne is simply from the changing ratio of testosterone estrogen. Once you get six weeks in and you reach homeostasis, this may not be an issue at all.

When you first start running higher than trt doses you may get pimples, but after a few years, it seems to lessen, well it did for me anyways.

At first I either used dawn dishwater detergent on my Lufa, or grandpas thylox sulphur soap. Both worked enough to make it manageable with resorting to harsher drugs.
 
Nobody has had worse back acne than I had when I ran my first cycle. Now at 45 I don't get it really, some on my shoulders when I either start or stop a cycle but it's mild. From my experience dandruff shampoo can help with breakouts
