IM vs SubQ & Test Cyp/E vs Test Prop

So basically my blood is like syrup at this point - .59 hematocrit - and other than donating blood and staying hydrated I’m trying to get and keep it under control.

The sad thing is I haven’t pushed gear for a couple of years and even then very rarely went over a gram a week if ever. Have been on 150 to 200mg of test for a couple of years split always into 2 shots IM.

The plan is to move to daily and drop right down to 125mg a week. That would be if I was using longer esters. Alternatively I was considering pinning 3 times a week with Prop and having weekends off for clearing.

Tried researching online with YouTube but there is a ton of mixed messages and one douche nozzle who tries to portray himself as an expert in TRT for years who said more than once that the half life of test is when it’s all cleared from your bloodstream 🙈. Ok no, that would be half of it is cleared genius.

Anyway hoping some of the vets here can chime in and share some experience.

Personally my body just does not like prop and gets bad knots/abscesses. Lasts a week or more. I do 3-4 pins even with cyp with a 30g slin pin IM. however I am lean enough that it is not an issue. Subq is suppose to absorb at a slower more sustained rate but I think once your levels are up to a certain points it’s negligible.

Depending if you’re lean enough I’d do slin pin IM 3-4 times a week minimum whichever ester you prefer. This will minimize sides(if you get any) and keep levels more stable so to speak. I find it helps even with long esters. Wouldn’t bother with subq.

Personally I'd be headed to the doc, hopefully you are. I know sometimes people get alarmist a bit early about HCT but it's time IMO bro. I'd drop the T altogether for now and hammer fluids. Hopefully it's obvious I'm not a Dr but I feel confident in giving medical advice when it's "get to the Dr bro". Hope you have already been but just didn't mention it.
BP? Headaches? Any CV warning signs - ER.

Aspirin, nattokinase etc? Even if you get away with it without a major event it beating the shit out of the insides of your whole vascular system which leads to scarring, plaque, clots etc.

Be smart Please bud.
I joke about being in Dad Mode sometimes but IDGAF if no one likes it or you're pissed at me

I do appreciate the concern and I have been to see him. My platelets are well within range, cholesterol is excellent, BP controlled for 15+ years with meds and never out of range, etc but my darn blood loves to be gloopy.
In the past I donated every 8 weeks for years until finally Marek checked my ferritin during my winters in Arizona and it had cratered so I’d stopped donating for a couple of years and it crept up.
I’ve donated once since getting the labs and have another appointment in September to donate again so back to back will knock it down some.
I haven’t pinned test in a few weeks and probably won’t for a couple more while everything clears. Little did I know that the test 400 I was using for TRT was half enanthate and half undecanoate so I have time to clear yet.
