I can squat again

My shoulder is still fucked. Honestly it got no rest at work so I understand why, but I couldn’t get my hands on the bar to squat without some extreme burning pain, so I 3D printed some handles to fix that.

They lock in thru friction. Then I ran a screw thru the open on the end two pieces to tighten it up.

Took me about 15 minutes to design. Both cost me a big $6.20 to make.

Awesome my man !

I suppose you already tried cortisone shots
Will not take those. I already have degraded tendons, I’m not chancing tearing one from a cortisone shot.

I am using gh, bpc and tb. It’s just going to take time. If I wasn’t still lifting 70lb boxes over my head 3 times a week about 30 boxes, and my job didn’t involve lifting my arm up in the air so damn much it would likely be healed.

What I did realize is doing rehab exercises was actually making things worse, my thought is, I already do so much movement durning the work day, that adding on more mobility exercises was detrimental, not helpful.

It’s now at the point where I have been here before, it’s just going to take time. I got 3 days off after Christmas and bought a sling, I’m not going to move it for 3 days, lol.

home made safety bar! that’s fucking awesome man! if that doesn’t exist already i’m sure you could sell that. home gym owners would eat that up
I am not sure if it’s strong enough to be sold to others. I tried to break one and it took a lot of force to do so, and the force I’ll put on it will never be that high, but for my home use it’s more than good enough. I’d open myself up to liability of something happened if I sold them.

I was just happy I can squat again. Leg presses and extensions are nothing like doing squats. Figure if I can’t work my upper body, might as well build some nice legs.
