I am currently taking 1/2 cc of mast e 200mg, 1 cc of t400( i just switched 2 weeks ago to a half cc of the old lab and a half cc of the ace pharma t400 i heard about on here) every 4 days and a half cc of cyp 200, and 1/4 cc of tren e 200mg, weekly i am also talking 300mcg of ipamorelin every night and have been for about 3 and half weeks,
So i am trying to get from 184 to 195 with a clean ish bulk, eating 250-300 g of protien daily and 300-400g carbs, im wondering how often can I train different muscle like say my biceps and back delts cause I really want to see them improve i have got 2 188-190 so far and can still see my abs in about 7 weeks,

That would depend on how hard you trained them on the day you worked out.
I only train a muscle group once a week, but I hammer it hard when I train. But I also do a labour job, so I’m likely getting some low weight training at work.

Pretty much you gotta figure out what works for your body based on your lifestyle and diet.

Stick with a program for a month then access. If you are growing like you want, stick with it. If not then try something else.

More or less if you have an office job you can likely train it more often if you don’t train like Dorian Yates.

If you have a labour job you may neeed to give it more rest because work hampers it.

And this all depends on your age, when I was in my 20-30’s I could train 7 days a week. At 54 I would burn out doing that, even though I am still doing the exact same job.

Essentially as quick as you can recover. And that isn’t dictated by muscle soreness necessarily, although that is an indicator.

Unfortunately no one will be able to give a definitive answer of total volume and frequency that YOU can handle. You’re going to have to find that yourself.

The best metric to go off of is the log book. Keep track of your performance. Increase the frequency until you find you’re no longer able to beat your previous sessions’ performance. That is the best indicator of recovery. When you hit that point, dial back the frequency to an amount that you can consistently improve your performance each and every session.

How much in total injectables are you taking a week. Maybe a little dim without enough coffee but I am finding it hard to follow: If I read it right you are taking every 4 days:
100 mg of masteron
1 CC of T400 (assume it has different esters?) from two difference labs
100 mg of Test Cypionare
50 mg of tren.
For simplicity, pretend there are 8 days in a week:
200 mg of masteron, 1000 mg of testosterone and 100 mg of tren, I am going to ignore the peptide.
You are taking a lot of injectables which will help you recover faster, but per the two gents above - agree 100%. Journal everything, I go by feel - am I more tired, not making progress (growth/strength) - I am training too much. I agree with @Sorbate 's comment about 1 muscle per week as a base if your really work out hard, but you can throw in a few extra exercises for your back delts on back day as you are already training them. You can't do any form of a bent row, T-Bar row, machine row without hitting your back row so add in a few extra sets that concentrate specifically on your back delts, and see how you feel. Same could be said for biceps - hard not to hit biceps on a pull exercise day. Throw in a few bicep sets, and log what you did per @BanditNOLIMIT and note how you feel that day and after.

You will be extremely annoyed with yourself and frustrated if you do too much, get injured and try to work through it (not wanting to waste the compounds) and end up with a chronic issue hence a methodical system. This is a turtle sport and not a marathon.
I may be regurgitating what the gents above said, but I go by how I feel after years of lifting and I normally know when I am pushing myself too hard or too frequently and in inevitably ends in an injury if I ignore it.
Good luck
