How many Peptides are you on ? Which ones ? Are you planning to start new ones ?

Hey Canadian Brawners - thought I'd start a thread asking what people are on & what they are planning to start ?

So many different Peptides out there - I'm just learning about them all & thought I'd obtain more info by posting this thread.

I'm a little over 4 weeks into this - with great results. Presently on CJC/Ipam (no dac), 157/500, Reta & just started AOD 9604 (mainly for hopes in Cartilage regrowth).

Planning to start GHK-cu, SS-31 and Nad soon.

Getting up to 7 compounds into ya at one time? There was thread recently about someone taking 10. Reminds me of the old days were we would take a mason jar and pour a bit out of every bottle in the parent's liquor cabinet so no one missed it then sneek her out of the house. O to be underage again.

Sounds like you're caught up in the hype.
Peptides are not new, social media has made them mainstream.
They have purposes and can be useful but they do not replace the basics.
All too often people rely on the drugs while ignoring the foundations, I'm not saying you are , you gave no context to your reasoning or your current situation.

I understand what your saying - and I totally agree...to a point. I believe the older you get - the more you see the benefits of these. Unlike AAS they don't seem to have big side effects. Yes diet, exercise & sleep are the foundations - but when your 60 your pituitary is producing much less gh than when your 30 - and your test is lower - and when you feel fatigued and arthritis & other things creep in - you look for solutions to bring you back from the pain & stiffness - to increase your energy - and get back into the gym with drive.

Not sure how old you are Rhyno - or how good of shape your in - but many of the older guys here will understand that Peptides are no hype - they are potentially a life changing option.

I don't see them classified as drugs (are they ?)- simple aminos that have profound effects - and I'd much rather do these than drugs.

It seems to me that peptides are more about health than bodybuilding - although they do cross over that line slightly.

Right now there are so many out there - and if they have the same profound effects as say reta, 157/500 or CJC - I'd like to know what people are taking so I can look things up and learn more.

Your absolutely right - I hope in the next 5 yrs we see bundled peps - like klow- so we don't have to do multiple injections - it would make my life easier - but with the relief I've seen in the last 5 weeks I'm absolutely amazed - I'll do what I have to do to feel like I'm 40 again - when I could lift heavy for 2 hrs solid and do it again the next day... when I didn't wake up stiff & sore - when my skin didn't have impressions in it from kneeling down for 2 minutes like it does today... the body changes when it gets older - and sometimes it hits really f'n quick.....like almost overnight.

Although I never did the mason jar thing ....damn - that sounds a bit raunchy...o_O

I think most peptides are over-hyped waste of money.

Few are good / worth it.
I respect your opinion my friend CBer....but really don't want the thread to get derailed into a discussion on opinions ...no disrespect intended I hope you understand.

If that's you in your pic....then your alot younger than me ....and you look fantastic ! keep it up.

Currently on Retatrutide and HGH. Have ran klow previously and wolverine stack. Also ran CJC1295/Ipa. The reta very noticable. The healing blends i believe were helpful in healing nagging injury/inflammation. Im thinking about trying Dsip ad my deep sleep is brutal and its catching up to me.

Thanks for chiming in - Yes - Dsip is on my radar also - if you try it pls send me a pm let me know how it works for you. The CJC/Ipam I'm on is definitely starting to work - helping with my gh - however my sleep is not what it should be unless I take a melatonin - that being said I'm not tired during the day - feel better now than I have in months - even a few years to tell the truth.

Thats awesome. Thats the goal for me is putting on and keeping some lean mass but healthy and feeling good.

I'm currently taking reta at 1mg/week(.5 x 2 weekly), bpc at 1mg/day and kpv at 1mg/day. Have tried ghku and mots-c. Liking reta alot now that it isnt killing my appetite. I have auto immune issues so i get plaque psoriasis on knees and elbows but since i started taking kpv its subsided. Ghku was just too much of a pain in ass to keep it in the routine. Sore injection spots/bruises daily isnt much fun. Mots c was good for blood glucose but didnt get really any energy increase. Not planning on starting any new peptides at the moment, pretty happy where I am.

Right now - Reta, Cagrilintide, HGH, DSIP, Semax, Selank, Mots-C, Slu

Peptides ive tried - BPC, TB, KPV, GHK-Cu, 5-Amino-1mq, NAD+, Tirzepatide

Coming soon - SS-31, Epitalon

Honestly other than HGH, they are not that good for mass. Anabolics is where you will get those gains. Peptides are best for glucose control, energy, sleep, hunger control, injury/recovery, skin, inflammation, mental performance.

As for the questions on DSIP, it was a game changer for me. I went from 3-4 hours sleep to 6 hours and more deep sleep / rem. But I hear its 50/50 for people. I am also overflowing with cortisol.

Ive been on Reta for 6 months, lost 70lbs and completely recomped my physique. But eventually it really doesn't suppress hunger that well. So I added in cagrilintide.
