I’m only on .5, I already feel the food suppression personally. But I am suffering with constipation, I was having such pain and I have IBS on top of that. I added KPV and I shit you not within an hour. My pain was gone and it hasn’t been back for days. If you’re prone to stomach issues that would be something that I would add to the stack.
I usually have really bad anxiety, I mean to the point where I consumed most of my day because I’m convinced there’s something wrong. I’ve noticed that I haven’t been hyper fixating as much, and I would say that my anxiety has actually lessened so far that is. I experienced nausea for the first three days. But I am a couple days into week two and I feel good. But we’ll see what comes when I increase my dose.
