High hematocrit

I live in this high hematocrit range on TRT as well, with high RBC and low ferratin from the blood donations and high CBC values sucking it all up. It's a juggling act as I can't suppliment like most would with iron as it just jacks up my CBC values, so I basically donate blood when I can every 60 to 70 days or so and micro dose iron every other day, stay hydrated, and so on.

If I want my CBC values to come down to normal levels I just have to drop the Test for 2 months or so, then CBC will get in range, but I'll feel weak and shitty so then back on TRT and CBC shoots back up 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just on trt alone at 100 mg it was 54 percent so I didn't do another shot until 7 days a d it was 55.....now that 25mg tren and 100 test e..
Are your platelets in range? Has your doctor tested you for haemochromatosis?

If platelets are out of range, you have other issues and you always need to rule out haemochromatosis.
