High hematocrit -starting cycle

So I had everything set up to start my cycle. Test, Primo and a little bit of Masterton. Got my initial bloodwork back and I'm at 52.5. Am I pretty much screwed as far as getting started?

My doctor told me a hematologist told him under 54 is fine. I usually donate mid cycle and after. Are you taking natokinase? Apparently it helps at over 10000fu a day.

Need more info: age? Are you on TRT? How long you been on trt, dosage and what is your average hematocrite? Sleep apnea? Was your platelets high? Was your ferritin high? How much red meat you eat, B12 or vitamin C you take? Have you been tested for hemochromatosis?

On trt, around 5 years now. Hematocrit has been as high as 54.5, but after weight loss and concentrating on hydration I was down to 49 6 months ago. I do have sleep apnea, but it seems like I no longer have symptoms at night since I lost 70lb. Wife says anyways. Platelets were 344, normal. I have not been tested for hemochromatosis. Truth is I've been lazier then normal with my supplementation and nutrition, including hydration. I was all set to start cycle this week too 😢

Well if you’re being lazy with your nutrition and hydration, forget starting a cycle. You need to lock in on those variables first.

When was the last time you donated blood?
How much water did you consume prior to blood test?
