Just ordered a 150iu kit, wondering a few things. 1) what’s a good starting dose for bodybuilding effects.
2) storage- do I store the vials in the fridge or freezer in lyophilized state vs storage when reconstituted?
3) dosing protocol am vs pm? Or split?
4) how long before I can gauge/see some effects and what will be the first noticeable ones.
5) how long should I run it? Is it something you can stay on year round?
6) any helpful tips to maximize results / minimize sides?

Not something ive ever got into, but I do know there are a few discussions on here already that could likely answer all of your questions if you search through them for a bit.
 
This is something you should have looked into prior to purchasing anything.
GH is a long game. 6 months minimum.
If you're thinking of dosing where people associate the bodybuilding benefits peak then that 150 iu might last you a couple weeks.
You won't want to start at those doses though so you could stretch that kit out while you titrate your doses up. Start at 2 iu a day for a week not two. Slowly titrate up, if you start to get negative side effects then back off the dose to your last tolerable dose for a bit longer.
I jumped up to 4iu from 2 after a few weeks and I couldn't sleep at night from the pain in my wrist and arm.
@BanditNOLIMIT has used it and had more experience in the realm of bodybuilding doses, I use it for other purposes.

Store it like any peptide.
You won't necessarily notice anything for several months, this isn't an anabolic. You might notice better sleep, skin, hair and nails relatively quickly.

When I'm asked about GH dosing protocols, here's my typical advice. Based on my experience personal and with people I coach.

2iu - basically useless imo
3-7iu for quality of life benefits such as improved sleep quality, recovery, skin and hair quality. Some lipolytic benefits.
8iu+ is where I see the body composition benefits start to become more pronounced. This is where overtime you'll start to notice yourself developing the round, full, bubbly bodybuilder look.

Storage doesn't really matter as far as I know, I store mine in the refrigerator.

In terms of dosing timings, in a fat loss phase I believe it's best to take an AM/PM dose to maximize your exposure to the lipolytic benefits. In a growth phase, bolus dose before bed seems to be the most favourable for managing blood sugar.

Some of the acute effects I notice is improved sleep and some fullness in my physique. Long term effects are the body composition benefits I mentioned above. Along with some undesirable ones like facial bone restructuring. I look like a fucking neanderthal now lol.

Run it until the day you die if you can afford to do so. No reason to come off. I will adjust my dose throughout the year depending on the goal though.

Only advice I have in regards to using GH is to keep on top of managing your blood sugar. Chronically high blood sugar will have you spinning your tires big time in this game. And of course the health implications of high blood sugar.

Would you say starting with 4iu as a complete beginner to the compound to be enough as a start? And then maybe adding 1iu a week until 6-8 iu is reached and stay there for x amount of time until results are satisfactory and then dropping the dose back to 4 to continue reaping benefits?

yes id start at 4iu and taper up until reaching your desired dose. As far as Im concerned any benefits you'll get from GH are transient and will diminish over time if you reduce your dose for a prolonged period. That being said I wouldnt recommend reducing dose long term. During a cruise phase could be a good time to do so if you want to reduce it.

I second this highly. 365 days on 8ius literally morphed and mutated me. Another 365 days drop to 4ius literally did a “snake skin shed” and revealed the prolonged lypolysis and lipolytic benefits masked by the water weight. Another 365 days bump to 12ius, currently on, just overall better quality and state of life and bodily autonomy from skin to hair to nails to muscle recovery to sleep etc etc. Id second to run it forever and never come off it if money allows it and of course managing blood sugar levels with a smart healthy approach to your daily fitness routine and structure and lifestyle and depending on who you are…i love the acromegaly hulk effects LOL. To each their own. Enjoy your run bud but you’d definitely want a steady 6 months minimum on at least 4ius to get the ball rolling and test the waters @Vitko !
 
Yeah I’m thinking of doing 4iu for a few months seeing how that goes and then bumping it to 6 and 8 respectively after a few months at each
 
Whatever you choose to do, please buy a blood sugar monitor and keep an eye on your fasted glucose.
Just wondering about this. I got started without this advice, but i have found that berberine, 15-20m before morning dose seemed to leave me in a better mindspace during the early morning. What would i be looking to ensure? that i'm not hyperglycemic 30m+ after GH?

GH causes insulin resistance. The reason you check your fasted glucose is to make sure it's not elevated into an unhealthy range.
