Yea thats what id do and just up the electrolytes and water a bit to make up for it.
There was a few studies done with cialis and constipation from opioids. I guess 10 mg a day of cialis will improve colon motility and it offsets opioid constipation.
When I had a ton of scar tissue in my colon before my operation, befoe I had to go, it would feel like someone was stabbing a knife in my guts and twisting it. It was pretty painful. That was when I started to experiment with restororlax or PEG. I found if I took 1/2-2/3rds a cap of PEG and 1/2 teaspoon of fibre a day, it didn’t hurt to poop. I had to wait a year for surgery, I needed a way to get around the stabbing gut pain.
Anyhow nice thing is, unlike a laxative, there is zero side effects and can be used forever if needed. I did for 8 months.
So take your 10 mg cialis, and the other stuff, your opioids and I bet it will work out.

I hated the way I felt on hydro. I was using short acting. I’d take 60 mg, get super stoned for like 10 minutes, had to be carefull cutting meat, then I’d hit clarity where I was pain free and then busted my ass at work as hard as I could for an hour till the pain came back.
I used it for 2 months to get thru the busiest time at work. But once my tongue started to peel from the dry mouth, I said no more and quit. I got lucky and had zero withdrawl. I then swapped over to cold water extracting codeine from T1’s instead.
Then I found a deep tissue message therapist that released the trapped nerve and my pain started to go away.
i was gettin 3 hydro 30s and 4 8 mg dilaudid daily for like 8 years, getting this from my dr. i was so happy to get this at first,by the end i needed so much more than this,ive been clean for almost 2 years,i even had to move provinces to do any of this,it ruined my life, i replaced it with gear and training. maybe not the best thing to do,but its what saved me from all the other drugs i was doing with it, if drs would only tell people exercise and good food and massage therapy works best for pain,theyd be broke,cause,it works, i got 3 plates and 12 screws in my left foot,had 4 surgerys,need a 5th,but im dealing with it,cause once i get the next surgery,i will over do the pills,and might not make it next time. its ruined my whole life and anyone who ever had love for me before, i ruined that too along the way,live and learn,but never again!!!
Good for you for stopping man that is extremly addictive stuff. Not many can leave it behind but you did. Id be proud of that
Training and taking gear is far better. Working out and gear doesn't have you lying and stealing and hurting the ones you love.

I was taking 90 mg of hydros a day. 3 pils twice a day. I think what saved me was they were the short acting ones. The friend that gave them to me says he will never use the long acting opioids ever again. He has had 5 back surgeries.
He stopped cold turkey after 2 years. He told me he laid on the front room floor for a week feeling the worst he ever had in his life. Now he only uses as needed, and only if its really bad and only the short acting stuff.
Myself I never liked the feeling. I did enjoy not being in pain. If I was to use a drug it would be meth (will never touch it), I love being hyper, I hate being mellow. Reason why I never really got into weed either.
what keeps me clean is remembering that feeling of going through it, physicaly it took me months,and mentally,im messedd up from what i was doing to everyone around me,it makes you so out of numb to everything,and eventually it all has to dealt with,but i have to admit,taking tren,makes me wanna go back to that more than anything else,theres alot to staying clean,but at the end of the day,proud is the way i feel to anyone who beat it, and good for you also,none of it is easy
Hahaha there is still a sharp sting when bowels are moving and a constant burn/ache right at the opening of the butthole. Definitely light years ahead of where I was only 1 week ago that's for certain. Thanks for the concern and laugh (which doesn't hurt to do any more)

At least now you know every day will be better and you won’t have to push your asshole in each time you poop, lol. Damn, I don’t know why it’s so funny to me. I know maybe not funny to you, but it may be eventually.
