I'm on the short road to 40 y/o and the goal is to hit it at a clean 240, but I'll settle for 235. The amount of info and help I've gotten from last home base was priceless... it's been cool watching this new home take shape over the past few days. Can't wait for more growth so I can constantly keep learning.
