I would start with Finasteride.
Then I'd go with Minoxidil perhaps even using a derma roller. Bull has a post about his concoction. It's worth a read.
ru58841is also a good option but I'd start with Fina. Gotta try to stop it / control it before anything.
I have no experience using RU vs Minox so I can't tell you what is better but I know both work.
Also I'd consider using Nizoral or a shampoo with Ketoconazole.
