Ohhhh dude… it’s going to change my life.
- I have never been able to sleep without a full stomach until now
- I have never been to do more than a 24hour fast until now
- I have never been able to resist snacking and sweets this long til now
The most odd thing is how much energy I have while keeping a low calorie diet - I would have been a miserable/irritable fuck if I attempted to do this without the Reta - tried it many times.
It feels like a super power, even at these low doses - although I did just go up to 0.75mg every 3 days today

If you keep your protein up and maintain training its supposed to be the best at allowing you to maintain muscle

Sooooo, I mixed the 60mg reta with 3 ml bac water because that's all that fits in the vial. So to take 1mg reta Kate will only be actually injecting 0.05 ml or more or less 5 graduations on a 1ml syringe? That seems like a crazy small amount. I get the ratios, but shouldn't the be diluted more? Seems weird
You would need 12ml bac water to make it what's you would typically think if you had a lower concentration vial. But being 60mg and only getting 3ml in makes it much more concentrated so will be small dose.

I found going with the .5ml syringe is easier to use with small dose like that too
Important to note that once reconstituted with BAC, the Reta will last 4-6 weeks.
May be better to go with 10mg or 20mg vials next time for 1mg doses.
I believe there is a post with ggc/jashonik saying it actually lasts much longer.
That would be ideal! It’s hard to tell if my tolerance is going up or if the potency is going down - but it did coincide with the six week mark, and I felt I needed bigger doses.
However when I switched to a new vial, it seemed like I needed less for similar results.
Only talking about half a mg a shot though….

Started at 2mg for the first 2 weeks, now up to 3mg. Haven't noticed any loss in potency in vial yet, but its only been 3.5 weeks.
Down 22lbs and didn't lose any muscle or strength yet. Although I am also on TRT 120mg/week. Added SLU and it super charged the fat loss (also from GG)

Reta, BPC, TB500, GHK-CU, KPV, NAD+, SLU-PP-332, Test Cyp, and 2IU of pharma GH

I've just titrated up to 6mg/wk of GGC reta, and I think I'm starting to feel some appetite suppression, but it hasn't been too remarkable for me. I don't blame GGC's product, though, I blame the test, tren and hgh for making me really f'ing hungry. 
GGC is legit. In addition to reta, I'm currently running their BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-cu, and HGH. All excellent products. My golfers elbow / tendinitis is completely healed at this point, and I attribute a lot of that to the healing blend.
