Grounding sheets.

@animal-inside any updates on how you’re feeling now that you been using the sheets for a bit?

Honestly, I can say I haven't woke up with a stiff back in months.. For years I'd wake up and as I'm sitting up/getitng out of bed lower back is stiff sore etc.. Haven't had that in months.

My shoulder is shit still lol...

Elbows/writes feel better, but I believe that is the deca in my trt.

I do feel like I get better sleep, but I also started using sleep appnea machine around the same time.

I fall asleep faster I think.

I wish I wore my apple watch for a couple months before trying grounding sheet to compare data..

I attribute my lower back improement to the ground sheet. When I dead lift, its either 405 for 15-18 reps for my heavy set OR its 495 for 5-9.. When I used to do this, my lower back would be extra stuff waking up for a few days.. I do not even feel my lower back after deadliting (or squatting for that matter) anymore.

I might say my over all recovery after lifting is better, but again, I also started the sleep appena machine around the same time.. The sleep appena machine didn't really start workign for my until maybe Jan?? That's when I got a better mask and got it adjusted better..

I would recommend the grounding sheet to people.. I would ask them to use a apple watch for a few months before they try the sheet to do a real comparison...

I could add, one nights when I can't wear my sleep appnea machine, my apple watch tells me I wake up 0.0-0.9 times per hour.. My sleep appnea test showed I woke up quite a bit more often.

If anyone is interesredin a grounding sheet, I would reccomend they buy quality.. My grounding sheet was mid priced.. I wish the cotton was a finer thread count.. I like smooth sheets.. my leg hair sticks in this grounding sheet a bit..
