Going from cut to bulk

Right now I am leanish. I was thinking of staring an 8 week cutting cycle in a couple of months, then transitioning to a 6 week bulk off the rebound where I will pound test, dbol and go heavier on the calories. I understand I will obviously add some fat. Is this a bad idea? Will I just get really fat?

I personally never like short cut & and a short bulk.

I would rather do at least 12 week cut by and lean bulk for 12 weeks.

When you say bulk, can you post your diet?

I just finished a 15 week cut. Just hitting pct and taking a couple of months to just eat to maintenance and train hard. I lost a lot of fat about 20 pounds, but I’m not quite satisfied yet. You see I hurt my shoulder and felt like absolute garbage health wise that I took a year off gear and couldn’t do most pressing movements very well. I Lost a lot of lean mass and got fat.

This is me last week after my cut about 185 here

Cycle was only 500mgs of test and 100mgs mast a week

As for diet

I kind of calculate as I go cutting I was doing 2000-2200 calories a day

4 meals with 50 grams of protein each. Whey, fish, chicken and eggs as protein.sources.

Ezekiel bread and brown rice as carb sources. First 3 meals have carbs last is a fat source usually 4 eggs with a cup of egg whites. I only use protein shakes post workout and some fruit.

A little bit of almonds and natural pb here and there.

I would transition to bulking by adding an extra meal. Increasing my portions and using more sauces and ect. I will just adjust as much as I need to and slow down if things seem like they are going to fast.

What do you think I should do? Im not good at guessing bf. I think I am somewhat lean, but I wouldn’t say I am near shredded. I do miss the lean mass I lost prior to my injury, about 10-15 pounds. I just think it’s kind of dumb to bulk this close to summer. They good news is my shoulder feels good again lol

You can add another meal, but make sure you eat every 3 hours.

Your lean, so just keep up what is working for you.

Just be patient your gains will come back in time. Stay the course and don't do what most people do and that is take more gear.
