Getting creative with COR

Does anyone else get creative with cream of rice? One of my favourite tricks is to add egg whites and whisk it in while it's cooking on the stove top. It turns into a delicious custard.

This was my post-workout meal this morning:

37g helixx blueberry muffin COR
100 ml egg whites
30g banana
10g PB powder
25g honey
25g puffed rice for crunch (I use walnuts or almonds too, depending on my fat target for the day)

Macros: 109 carb, 4 fat, 21 protein

I batch cook a pot of COR w egg whites, then keep it in the fridge and mix in the other ingredients as I eat it day to day.

I’ve been seeing people make pancakes with cor , going to try that today I’ll update this if it’s any good

Update Just had it as my preworkout meal definitely my new way to eat cor

Recipe
80g cor
2 scoops of a whey protein
7g baking powder
Bit of salt and 0’cal sweetejer
1 whole egg
175ml 0% milk
Roughly 700cals

I keep basic most the time. Cinnamon, 0 sugar syrup, raisins or berries and walnuts or almonds. I need to try mixing in eggs again. I tried it once and it turned out sooooo bad.

I do it on the stove top, get the COR to the right smooth consistency, then take it off the heat and stir in the egg whites, then put the pot back on low heat, and whip it constantly until it looks like a thick custard.

So this recipe makes decent pancakes? I'm definitely going to try it!

This is likely my issue. I microwave. Will try the stove
