Top tier, as good as it gets customer care and product. I recently fucked up communications on my end, felt like a shithead especially because as usual they were being very accommodating to my needs me during the process. The response to my fuck up was as polite and respectful as it could possibly be.

@G-Force is the GOAT of customer service. I just put my order in then I sit back and relax. No worries no stress.
 
Placed another order with this lab, & all I can say is they are my TOP pick for many years now. Great people behind the scenes of this lab!!! Ordering was smooth as always like the products they have. Can’t wait to get 2023 started with a genetec blast.

Genetec super reliable I’m nobody but for what it’s worth I’ll definatley put my word on Genetec being good.
 
I've used bentex before and didn't like it. I can't wait to try Genetec a lot of people encourage me to do business with them.
 
Just received my first order yesterday, so far based on customer service these guys are great, quick to reply and definitely on top of the ball. Everything came quickly, extremely well packed and I'm quite impressed with how nice their product looks. I will give an update on their products once I start to use them next month or so.
