Caber is primarily used to lower prolactin levels as high levels of prolactin can cause ED issues and a general loss of interest in sex.
Some argue that taking caber for these unwanted sides from 19 nors is pointless because the issue is progesterone (or more accurately the 19 nor being a progestin and recognized as progesterone and being able to bind an activate on the receptor) and is nothing to do with prolactin levels.
Moreso that the nandrolone is converted to DHN and not DHT, which still has a strong binding affinity and will ultimately cause ED issues. The thought then this is why high test/lower nandrolone cycles tend to not have ED issues.
I hope I’ve kinda explained it well enough. There is way more going on and some interconnected processes as well. But that tends to over complicate things and it’s easy to get lost.
