Quick question. For people who have been using Taro for a while for TRT. Have you noticed any a difference in the latest batches . I was told by a couple of guys I know on TRT that they do not feel like themselves . One person did a blood test and testosterone came back at 19,5 or 560 ng at 160 mgs a week. His prior blood tests indicated 26 with same dosage frequency . Could be a bad batch or a coincidence, but just want to see if others have been having any similar experiences. Thanks

I’ve been running Taro pretty consistently for the last two years. I’ve noticed no difference.

I don’t have blood work to back it up. My TRT is through my GP and I’ve been on for 15 years. Last few years she has not tested hormones unless something doesn’t feel right, she said there’s no use keep retesting my numbers after more than a decade and everything is consistent

Had recent blood work as well, but the vial itself is a few months old.

Same protocol as the guy above. Blood drawn roughly 84 hours after injection and my total T was at 24 nmol/L

Free test at 606 pmol/L

My Dr prescribed me Gel to start TRT back in Jan. I was using 50mg daily of gel but wanted to drop the gel due to contact, and purchased some UGL only because I didn't figure she would prescribe me vial test. I purchased from from Elitebody and bought their pur brand, and it dropped my Total Test from 24 down to 11 on my May29th bloodwork. My Dr recently prescribed me Taro and after only a few injections I certainly am feeling better. I will update after my next blood work on June 30th. I see my test results in a week online, but my Dr is normally pretty quick to call me with updates on my bloodwork. I am taking 50mg every 3 days

Can't say I notice any difference with the most recent batch fill. Had annual blood work with Endo may 21 on taro cypionate 225mg per week, and 120mg deca prescription.

Id say it's effective, within my normal feel good range

I probably have a dozen bottles of Taro Cyp sitting around from when they sub it in for my normal script of Enth. If it wasnt cost prohibitive Id send a few vials off for testing.

That being said, I highly, highly doubt prescription grade would go through bad batches, they have rigorous testing standards.

As someone who worked at a generic pharmaceutical company - this is true

However - issues do happen, but they are always announced to the public of caught and full investigations are performed in Canada - all details should be available to the public for any recalls.

Very very rarely do things slip through all the cracks

I started my TRT on Taro cyp. Bloodwork tomorrow but it’s only been 3 weeks so far.
That seems very early for your doc to be requesting bloodwork when using cyp, usually takes 5-6 weeks to reach steady state levels.

What injection schedule/dose does your trt script have you on?

200mg once per week to start. He prescribed me on first visit before blood work lol. Blood work that day was super low though as I had injected 1cc of what was supposed to be T400 but was clearly just oil as my levels came back 4.8 with the 8.4-28.5 scale. Maybe he just wants to check how I’m responding to it for now. He’s now my family doctor as I didn’t have one for a while so it was a surprising first visit for sure. 99% sure he’ll put me up to 250mg/week at some point if I want.

Depending on how knowledgeable he is about trt you should considering talking to him about the benefits of a higher injection frequency, 2x per week at least.

Personally I found that 2x per week still left my e2 out of range and needing to be managed with AI, switching to EOD injections helped alleviate that.

Again, completely up to you, and trt is highly individualistic, just sharing what works well for me.
