Moving forward will be trt for 8-12 weeks

Next cycle plan is:

Test or sustanon 800mg
Npp 300mg
Dhb 300mg

For 16 weeks
Npp for only the first 8 weeks

I used Dhb in 2022 but I wasn’t in the best routine and mental state I was still with my ex wife the re process and turn around started in 2023

MENT is still on my do to list
But I keep kicking it down the hallway cuz it’s too many mixed reviews

Now 800mg test would be much higher then my dosages which never exceeded 625mg in the last 2 years

That’s a fair bit of test lol, are you leaving the growth out of your next cycle?

Staying lean and everything feels good on trt
Gh doing exactly as it should which I think has a lot do with staying lean but there is some crispness and sharpness that is gone having dropped tren

F - that is a new level of lean / vascularity. Still looking great without the tren!

Damn bro, no diddy but you look great imo
The vascularity in the stomach, wide shoulders small waist, very nice

Thanks man
Good genetics aesthetically just gotta eat more and grow
Which I dunno why is so hard loll
Everyone thinks they need to get bigger so I understand your comment but have you looked at pics with you in them and other 'regular people' who don't hammer the gym like you do? If you do - do you still think you need to put on weight? You could be 190 lbs and based on your stomach/vascularity, muscles you put on - it is a much bigger 190 than 99% of the average population who carry it elsewhere. I have no idea how tall or what you weigh, just that you look ripped. Don't know many people with larger traps which adds to tremendous physique.
Unless the pics are an optical illusion - you don't need to get bigger but that is up to you. Not for me to tell you what to do other than to state you look large now.

Thanks man ! You’re right
I am def happy with my physique especially if you go to page 1 and see the pre trt covid look haha but there’s always that let’s go for more

Ironically the reason I stopped competing was because I didn’t want to smash down all the food and gear to compete in the open bbing but here I am 10 years later and wiser looking to do just that

What’s up CB

posting this for some motivation for people who felt the same way I did and how it is possible to fix things and bounce back

As you know from my display pic I’ve always loved the sport and juicing but I stopped juicing for 3 years ( too long to explain why) and I thought I could recover naturally but my test never got over 8-12 nmol from the age of 26 to 29. 2018-2021. Also throw in Quebec and covid lockdown and no gym and etc just nothing in there and yeah you got yourself a sad , angry person wirh bad habits and no diet no drive no motivation. Sprinkle a toxic relationship in the mix and you have picture 1 which is March 2021.

Started trt November 2021 things started getting better. Then life happens so was never able to get a grip on good trianing , dieting and overall health.

Fast forward 2023
Changed my mindset , my attitude towards life and left my shit relationship and the rest fell into place.
I also stopped the it’s all or nothing attitude that when I cycle I must be 100% and when I’m off cycle I can do whatever I want and eat bad drink etc

I found a proper balance that is healthy and allows me to enjoy life and still look good

Controlling your hormones is one thing
But your whole life around you has the biggest impact. There are people on this forum who have dealt with things much more severe then I can ever imagine but what’s important is to always keep your head up for yourself and the people around you.

I’ll share the cycle diet etc if anyone interested
Respect, Brother. That’s a hell of a comeback. A lot of men don’t realize how much lifestyle, mindset, and environment affect not just training but everything—hormones, motivation, recovery, the whole deal. Sounds like you hit that turning point where things clicked, and you found that balance.

I’d definitely be interested in hearing more about the cycle and diet that worked for you.
