Alright so back in action

Thanks to some amazing advice and knowledge from @Goldenrod and many other members
Going to be focusing on reocovery and healing but same time growing on Least amount of anabolics ( more focus on GH)

Currently :
Test Cyp 225mg E5D
1mg of adex taken with shot
( I have been on that for 12 weeks now )
This week have added
25mg MK677

Next week will be adding
BPC157 500mcg ( split 2 shots)
TB500 1mg a week
HGH 5iu Monday to Friday

I started at 200.4lb
Not fat not lean.. just whatever..
was out the gym 12 weeks due to injury then got back into it at good pace as there was little to no pain in triceps elbow area then another 3 weeks off holidays

really want to be improve recovery sleep and appetite before adding anytbing else
 
@FitTrader - wishing you the best in the recovery. Hope it helps. I can't recall for 100% but I was thinking 500 mcg's minimum daily for BPC157 and I had it in my mind 7 mg (what I used and then dropped it every few days) per day for Tb500 but in retrospect I think it was weekly. I looked up the few studies that only lasted 2 weeks and for a 100 kg man it was around 7-9 mg per week. I recall reading about guys taking 20 mg but in retrospect they couldn't be taking that daily - you would be broke in a month. I think I am getting confused and have to check my log because it was common place to take TB500 every 2, 3rd, or even twice per week. I always took it daily and may be that is where the 7 mg comes from - 7 mg a week. Will ask the peptide company I buy from to be sure. The cost has increased so it is an expensive undertaking but it sure beats being in pain all the time and not being able to train.

Is it normal for your prolactin to be on the high side on 200-300 mg of test a week? Asking because mine is right in the middle the few times I bumped up my TRT vs. adding in Primo.
Any side effects with your blood results or do you feel good?

it is not normal no.
I was totally off all anabolics during that 3 year period I mentioned and my prolactin was hovering around these levels. My Dr sent me to endo to see if it was potentially a tumour causing it she said no and then blamed previous aas use for the elevated levels. Mind you estrogen was higher , test was at 8-9nmol and prolactin was around this or higher.

Last blood work March 2023 on actual trt 90mg per week
It was at
Prolactin 13.3 ( lowest reading since 2018)
Shbg 21.7
Test 23 nmol
Estrogen 90
Free test 626

Highest it was was on 300mg of npp in 2022 even with Prami at .25mg
Prolactin was at 25.9

I felt that.. acne mood etc
Forgot what I did I think I kept upping Prami then dropped npp fully bc acne was bad

Current blood work posted above
I feel amazing
To be honest libido and mood and everything is great didn’t expect that number
The doctor i see who follows me for my aas use says rhe number is fine
He said even 25.9 was fkne
He’s seen people with 80-100 and that’s when it’s an issue
Mind you he’s getting old and pretty sure hes off his rocker lately

Would you say your normal TRT dose is 90mg per week? Is that prescribed at that amount? Happy at that? Do you bounce back and forth between that and 225 often? any other details would be appreciated.

I put myself on 120mg cyp

That is what I would say was optimal TRT for me
As I was just at the top of the range

And estrogen was at 90 I believe

Factor in the 90mg trt was at a strange point in my life and routine
I was missing shots
I was using a test Blend so the prop would give me a nice boost right away and then I was a bit all over the place.. I felt whatever ( again many other mental factors) wasn’t as balanced as I felt on the cyp previously or as I do now

The dose depends your staring point
225 E5D
My lowest level is 45 nmol so that’s not trt

Trt would be half of that so 112.5mg
Which bloods show at 120mg for me
It’s optimal

posting this for some motivation for people who felt the same way I did and how it is possible to fix things and bounce back

As you know from my display pic I’ve always loved the sport and juicing but I stopped juicing for 3 years ( too long to explain why) and I thought I could recover naturally but my test never got over 8-12 nmol from the age of 26 to 29. 2018-2021. Also throw in Quebec and covid lockdown and no gym and etc just nothing in there and yeah you got yourself a sad , angry person wirh bad habits and no diet no drive no motivation. Sprinkle a toxic relationship in the mix and you have picture 1 which is March 2021.

Started trt November 2021 things started getting better. Then life happens so was never able to get a grip on good trianing , dieting and overall health.

Fast forward 2023
Changed my mindset , my attitude towards life and left my shit relationship and the rest fell into place.
I also stopped the it’s all or nothing attitude that when I cycle I must be 100% and when I’m off cycle I can do whatever I want and eat bad drink etc

I found a proper balance that is healthy and allows me to enjoy life and still look good

Controlling your hormones is one thing
But your whole life around you has the biggest impact. There are people on this forum who have dealt with things much more severe then I can ever imagine but what’s important is to always keep your head up for yourself and the people around you.

I’ll share the cycle diet etc if anyone interested
