posting this for some motivation for people who felt the same way I did and how it is possible to fix things and bounce back

As you know from my display pic I’ve always loved the sport and juicing but I stopped juicing for 3 years ( too long to explain why) and I thought I could recover naturally but my test never got over 8-12 nmol from the age of 26 to 29. 2018-2021. Also throw in Quebec and covid lockdown and no gym and etc just nothing in there and yeah you got yourself a sad , angry person wirh bad habits and no diet no drive no motivation. Sprinkle a toxic relationship in the mix and you have picture 1 which is March 2021.

Started trt November 2021 things started getting better. Then life happens so was never able to get a grip on good trianing , dieting and overall health.

Fast forward 2023
Changed my mindset , my attitude towards life and left my shit relationship and the rest fell into place.
I also stopped the it’s all or nothing attitude that when I cycle I must be 100% and when I’m off cycle I can do whatever I want and eat bad drink etc

I found a proper balance that is healthy and allows me to enjoy life and still look good

Controlling your hormones is one thing
But your whole life around you has the biggest impact. There are people on this forum who have dealt with things much more severe then I can ever imagine but what’s important is to always keep your head up for yourself and the people around you.

I’ll share the cycle diet etc if anyone interested

UPDATES

Nothing is torn or broken

Started physio

8-10 week recovery
Severe trauma causing arm to be in defense mode around elbow
ROM is coming back but tendon is still sore and painful
Can’t fully flex but can’t put weight on tricep
Long head still doesn’t come close to before but we’ll get there
Cycle only test proviron
In terms of diet it’s all over the place not hungry as before

Shape is holding on Vacation is in 25 days
Going to keep resting recovering then we’ll see by then

Gyno flared up ironically I guess due to change in compounds and injections as I was all over the place

It’s excatly 15 days since injury

Test keeping my test300 + prop but will switch over to longer ester
 
Are you training everything else that you can? I've read unilateral training can still carry over like 25% of the gains to your untrained part, strengthen cns etc..lots of benifets

When i tore my bicep i did left side training twice a week. Obviously light but more about getting the blood flow

I'm in. Multiple injuries and surgeries and I've always done this. It shares common characteristics and benefits with "Bilateral Transfer"

Throw out all the technical terms and visualize the neural pathways as winter roads. If left un-serviced snow and shit builds up and makes it harder for traffic to travel to destinations. Keep the roads clear with continued use and movement is easier and faster. Of course each side of the body uses a common roadway up until where it branches off to each side but you still have an easier trip overall if the mainroads are kept clean.
