Hey guys. Donated twice this year didnt realise that's the upper limit and then my diet isn't iron rich at all. Lesson learned. I'm 40 days on cycle into 500test 250deca 250eq. Do I absolutely need to hop off cycle am I just ruining a cycle? Etc. my diet is fixed with a fairly good amount of iron now but my hemoglobin and rbc are right at the upper limit of what's okay.

Given this situation with every other blood being some of the best they've ever been what would you do? I see my gp in 16 days i figure see if my blood thickens in those 16 days then every 4 weeks get followup bloods? Let me know what you guys think!

Edit; also feels like im either losing the last of my fat which is causing excess skin to hang in an ugly way or im losing muscle mass but i feel like im seeing more striation in my shoulders and definition in upper abs so it feels like it could be completely subjective. Lifts remain the same, obviously stamina not so much so I cant do sets of 100 machine crunches to compare.

Supplement iron and donate/therepuetic phlembotomy as often as needed.
Maybe next time dont use eq, so u wont have such high hemo n rbc.
I wouldnt quit the cycle unless the steps above are not followed.

Yeah I think this has to due mainly with donation but also 4 months of immense cardio totalling over 2000km and 80lbs lost on Tren.

Not really feeling thick blood yet but ik I'm going to by supplementing iron.

Holy shit, 80lbs in four months!!!
What was your starting weight and now? Thanks (y)

I’ve never heard of someone using tren to drop that much weight. Strange way to do it.
Cant argue that but can argue how effective it was. I got down to like 15% before going back up to like 18-19 now. But 2.5 hours of cardio a day was pretty nutty. From 305 to 223 im 230-234 now mid cycle. I was 240 which is mildly concerning given the dose of gear and ive been intentionally eating to bulk. Calories aren't mathing for sure.

Say what? idk why you think that, not saying it's the move necessarily but normally it's every 56 days I believe, like 6 times a year unless you are doing something special
