Hi,
Joined a little while ago but wanted to take a bit of time to explore and do some research before diving in further. Lots of good info here so thank you to everyone for that.
I am a 41 year old male living in Western Canada. I have been on a journey to get in better shape for about a year and am happy with how that has been going so far.
I am interested in learning about navigating various new things including workout plans, nutrition, peptides, and PED.
I have been testing and monitoring my Test levels for a couple of years through my family doctor and have always been on what they would call low normal. I have never made the jump to TRT mainly over concerns over hairloss and fertility issues. over the last year I have make efforts to loose weight, take care of my health and do a few things that naturally increase Test. It has gotten to a point now that my levels have declined enough that I feel getting TRT treatment is becoming something I should be pursuing. I wouldnt say my family doctor has great knowlege of managing TRT and options, so this space seems to be a good place to get some additional info.
Looking forward to contributing what I can here.
