Essential oils

Anyone else willing to admit they use these?

I picked up an oil diffuser last weekend and have been using lavender most nights, an hour before bed to help me relax. Could very well be a placebo but it seems to be helping me take the edge off.

If you use em, I’d be interested in hearing about some different oils you enjoy and how they benefit you.

I use them for a whole host of things.

From cold and flu prevention, anti inflammatory use to cooking and even cleaning/disinfection.

- Oregano oil - cold/flu
- Copaiba and turmeric - anti-inflammatory
- Thieves oil/onguard (doterra brand) - cold/flu/cleaning/disinfection
- I used to use a little lemon in my water...helped it go down
- Peppermint oil for heartburn/breathfreshener or even headaches. Works like magic.

I used to use a drop or two of cedarwood like an aftershave as well.

I also use Oregano oil for immunity. Pretty strong taste to it. Not sure if it works yet only been about 2 or 3 months.

Eucalyptus or Tea Tree oil in the steam room or sauna. Smells amazing.
Watered down tea tree is antibacterial and can help with skin blemishes (definitely water it down or it burns and just turns your skin red and it feels really tight and just blah).
Eucalyptus helps me breathe better and relax, again just smells refreshing and Ive Only used the Sauna and Steam to relax primarily, the health benefits of them are secondary and a nice bonus.

Ummm, coconut oil... just kidding mostly, that can be essential but it's for something else altogether. :p

I have used a bunch of the essential oils in a diffuser over the years but mainly all the usual ones. This will be interesting to read and see what people use them for though.

Thank you,

OD

I use them as well, teetree oil for anti microbial on my jujitsu and boxing gear and sometimes in bath water, also peppermint or lavender in a humidifier. Sometimes I'll mix a homemade surface cleaner and use them in that as well.

Tea tree oil is suspected to cause estrogen conversion.

I make soap and I only use essential oils for scents.. before you think I'm soft, I make my soap out of deer and bear fat from animals I hunt.

Lots of good essentail oils for soap scents that are WAY better smelling then the store bought junk...

I tried using fragrant oils, but you can tell the difference on your skin.. not good.. Fragrant oils are what store bought soap, deodorant, cologne, perfume etc uses for scents.

These guys are discussing scents for thier diffusers...i dont think theyre worried about estrogen, its already running rampant clearly......just kidding, just kidding.
Seriously though, what kind of body mist do you guys prefer to use? Victoria secret? Just me? Kk
I was thinking the same thing, but it’s 2026, I try to have an open mind, lol.

I guess once you’ve ran too much tren and banged a tranny, essential oils are the next step 😆
