EQ Base & Nandrolone Base

I picked up a few vials of nandrolone base on a whim, thinking I'll use it as PWO on my heavy days, but not exactly regularly. My next cycle will already include ~140/wk NPP, so this will just be a little booster shot as needed.
 
You should also be aware of heart remodeling issues with nandrolone over 200mg week. I’m no doctor, so do your own diligence, just something to keep in mind.

Hey man, thank you for that, I was a little stressed out about that from past cicles using Deca but given that I take so much vitamin d, I’m good now. Great stuff
 
I tried a Deca-based cycle recently and noticed gains without the typical boldenone pain. Keeping estrogen in check with HCG really helped stabilize my overall experience.
 
200 test, 900 Deca and 60mg dbol cycle was amazing for me though I would never go no test. I do agree many sides from Deca are caused by the estrogen from test opening the door for progesterone and prolactin issues. That’s why I run low test and it seems to negate the negative issues for tren and Deca.

i was running 600 eq until 3 weeks ago,my elbows are just in pain all the time,dropped it down to 300,and so far its better
 
Yes keeping Deca higher is good as it aromatizes at 20% rate of testosterone so it’s yielding some e2 as if you are on 160mg testosterone but not biologically fixated on pen and paper and depending on how e2 feels or reports back or the low/crash sides you feel can be simply mitigated with baby dbols if on hand or even better HCG twice a week with the alongside benefits of keeping healthy testicular function, size and libido and overall test/e2 production which is a win win. Its all very dependent and subjective and individual requirements/needs. You might even get away just fine with deca/eq alone depending on how your body responds to it. For instance, you might have a great perfect circuit running with only side being a meh low libido or sex drive or more like a calm mellow physical stimulation needed to get to pound town where as someone else might prefer a constant strong background sexual drive and libido which can be easily mitigated by sprinkling a dht like var with the stack to override the dhn/dhb effect. If you are someone who is say like of a calm mellow personality with a relaxed detached chill sex drive who isn’t too attached to their cock and pound town needs but enjoys to indulge from time to time then youd be least concerned of the heavy androgenic needs WHILE pushing highly anabolic at the tissue level which is our main focus of the sport, hypertrophic growth etc. If you are a person who pounds daily and loves his bed time and has a demanding lifestyle to keep up with then yes of course an androgenic boost is great to “stabilize/complete” the circuit by something like deca eq mast/primo/var/winny etc. In regards to E2 specifically, baby dbol is fucking amazing and i ran it for a while at 5mg tabs on demand and it clutched it up. Now if you want person B stack, of course youd wanna avoid two orals at the same time even if baby does so basically something like deca eq baby dbol steady/on demand (or hcg steady) vs deca eq mast/primo baby dbol steady/on demand (or hcg steady). I tried both and it really is concluded by a very subjective individual response at the end of the day. One might androgenically be sufficient or “stable” with the dhn/dhb androgens providing just fine basic baseline androgenic needs while somebody else’s composition might not be able to sustain the weaker androgens and will need to implement a DHT component. I hope this is slowly making sense as I don’t always push test free cycles openly because they simply do require a deeper understanding of biology rather than just gym bro science etc but yes back in the days good old arnold days and vintage bodybuilding keeping in mind how they looked and performed was all mainly and only if i am correct DECA BASES with baby dbols and so on!
Missed this thread when it was goin. But holy shit thats a lot of insightful information. Im a fairly intelligent human but that was giving me flash backs of university physiology and bio chemistry courses. Im following the logic, I think. But the complexity🫪

This is great information, my general supplement regimen has always included 5000iu of D3 per day.

One thing to keep in mind is you should also be supplementing with K2 when taking D3 to help alleviate any calcium leeching effects.
