Anybody use those electrolyte packs like LMNT?

I try to salt my coffee and meat, but I am thinking I am not really getting what I need. Muscle knots and cramps are insane for me.

I was going to order LMNT but it's ridiscoulsly expensive. 45$ for a 30 day supply. Seems a bit much when each serving is just 1000mg salt, 200mg potassium, and 50mg magnesium malate.

I am thinking of just measuring it out each morning and tossing it in my water bottle. Guessing it will taste like shit lol.. maybe halve it and put in my work water bottle and take the second half when I get home?

I bought a bag of Celtic salt from amazon, and when i wake up put a pinch on my tongue while i drink my water.
Then salt the shit out of all my food during the day with pink sea salt.
I used to get bad muscle cramps hour after training, but this fixed it.

I use celtic salt in my coffee in the morning. Probably about a pinch.. But I don't think its enough, plus not getting the potassium..

For me, I just get crazy muscle knots.. My msucles will get hard knots and this keeps the muscle/tendon tight. which eventually causes pretty nasty tendon pain. The tendon pain doesn't go away until I get rid of the knot.. But I am trying to prevent the knot from forming.

Right now I have some knots in my left shoulder, bicep and forearm.. The knots don't bother me much, but the knots are causing some pretty nasty tendon pain in my elbow/shoulder. My right elbow and shoulder are fine.. I'm left handed so it's always that left shoulder and elbow.

I get little hydration packets from Wal-Mart there's just sodium and potassium in it. Tastes delicious too lime flavored

I'm a week into adding 1gram celtic salt and 200mg potassium into my 2L water bottle each day. I really think its helping.. Seems tendons/muscles feel better. They just are more willing to move without stiffness and pain.

Today I got my magnesium mallate, which is the magnesium the electorlyte pack manufacturer uses.. So tomorrow I'll add 60mg to the 2L of water.

I like liquid IV. Costco has it on sale sometimes, I don't regularly take it but seems to do its job when I want it.

I never liked salt in the past but lately my body has needed some, all I do is pour some soy sauce on food but if I need electrolytes I usually get gatorade gatorlyte
has :
490mg of sodium per serving 350mg of potassium per serving 1,040mg of chloride per serving 105mg of magnesium per serving 120mg of calcium per serving
