Hey Guy45 - this is a thread on Dracorex. Please start a thread for help on hitting lifts. No big deal as we all do it from time to time, but it is better if we stay in the right thread. In terms of training history trained for 7 years natural powerlifting for about the last year all of last year actually was on gear (test e) 250mg built up to 500mg started off great till i got a cervical spine injury in october fucked my nerves which is what cut my road to 300 short fast forward 2025 april i hopped on another cycle 500 test 250 deca was not the same because of injury status but made the most of it as of now need direction my diet is shit need a good diet to follow or any recommendations anybody has to learn how to set up bulks and cuts accordingly

There are guys at the gym I go to who compete, are tested, and are monsters - for a small Province we have a few that went to the worlds, few Canadian and Commonwealth record holders. I made a point to get to know them, we are now friends. I have no interest in jeopardizing injuries with that kind of weight as I will never compete in PLing, but they are very helpful in technique, training plans to put on strength without even realizing you are doing it. Just slow progression. We never stop learning and I incorporate their comments into training, but not to the degree they do.
@superbeast - I am ignoring my only suggestion about a new thread. Remember in CJM, when some guy was trolling you when you had a back shot up and telling saying your back looked like a fridge as if that was an insult lol. That wasn't yesterday, but I recall some troll ignoring your shot. Also recall Harley saying you and he had a similar back lol. If I recall the back picture - you should put it up again sometime.
