Dracorex Superdrol/ Test base log

Good evening all...

For my next log I'll be testing and reviewing Superdrol along with test base, both products by Dracorex. Again, I'd like to thank them for the opportunity to be a reviewer of their products.

So this morning I took 1000 mg of MSM as I read it helps with absorption. This will be evaluated as well. Along with this I took 20 mg of Superdrol and injected 50 mg of test base. I also took some Dmaa as this was my first workout after a week off.

I could feel the test immediately. Hard to describe, but those who have run it will know what I'm talking about. That with the dmaa I was alert and ready to lift this morning.

My intent was to take a light approach after my time off. As I am hitting each body part twice a week I'll ramp things up over the next 2 weeks. Surprisingly, I was lifting as easy as I was before my break.

Today's workout... chest and arms:
Leverage incline press: 100x20, 150x12, 190x10, 240x8.
Single arm leverage decline pres: 150x10, 170x10, 190x8, 240x8.
Crossovers: 45x10 (3 sets)
Incline dumbbell flyes: 30x10 (3 sets)
Chest dips: 3 sets of 10
Single arm machine curls: 50x12 (3 sets)
Overhead cable extensions: 95x12 (3 sets)
Standing concentration curls: 30x12 (3 sets)
Reverse triceps extensions: 65x12 (3 sets)
Cable curl: 65x12 (3 sets)
Triceps pushdowns: 135x12 (3 sets)
Intervals on treadmill 5 sets of 30 second sprints followed by 1 minute walks.

Not a bad little workout. More volume than I prefer, but I was focusing more on form, connection, and bloodflow.

I'm going to run Superdrol at 20 mg for the first round of workouts this week then. Move to 40. I'll be taking 3000 mg of MSM throughout the day. I may be upping the test as well but I'll run it at 50 ml a day for the next week at least.

What I've read of Superdrol is impressive so I'm looking forward to seeing how my body reacts to it. Also msm is impressive as well.

I'll be taking dmaa as a preworkout. I reflected a few hours after my workout that still had clean clear energy. Felt good and ready for work. Not cracked out like some of those pwo from a few years ago.

Good morning everyone...

So getting up at 4 a.m. is a bit of a chore after being on vacation. Ugh.. the things we do for our bodies.

Up early, 25 mg of dmaa, 20 mg of Superdrol, and 1000 mg of MSM. Washed down with water and chased with an espresso. I'm considering doubling both the Superdrol and dmaa and would like some feedback on this. I pinned 50 mil of test and I was ready to go.

Again energy was very clean. Really enjoying the dmaa. Not what I expected after taking pwos like Jack3d etc. Solid and clean. Not jittery and fucked up if you know what I mean.

Again I'm easing into my workouts. Lifting at about 70% of my regular weights. Felt good and strong. Considering I had nothing to eat preworkout I had some nice vascularity. Muscles felt full and tight. Enjoying my look a lot these days. Today's workout was back and shoulders:

Wide grip lat pulldown: 85x15, 110x10, 135x8 (2 sets).
Lying T-bar row: 95x12, 115x10, 135x8 (2 sets).
Seated cable row: 85x12, 130x10, 145x8 (2sets).
Smith machine shoulder press: 95x15, 115x10, 135x8 (2 sets).
Machine lateral raise: 65x15, 95x10, 110x8 (2 sets).
Single arm rear delt raise: 30x12, 40x10, 45x8, 50x8.
Single arm dumbbell shrugs: 60x10, 70x10, 80x10 (2 sets)

Another great workout. Loving this dmaa. Just the energy boost I was looking for. Jury is still out on the Superdrol and test. I was coming off. Pretty heavy cycle before so I'll probably need a week or so to assess the true effects of the drugs.

Overall I feel good and healthy. My body doesn't feel too abused by the drugs which is good. Tomorrow is LEGS. Should be fun. Maybe I'll up the doses for this workout. šŸ˜

So today I decided to up my Superdrol dose to 40mg. Test stayed at 50ml and MSM at 1000mg. Again energy was very crisp and with the added Superdrol I finally feel the strength improvement I as looking for. Today's workout was LEGS and I added in a supplementary arm workout at the end. I Also took 25mg of dmaa as well.

Deadlift: 135x15, 185x8, 225x8, 245x6
Leg extensions: 85x20, 130x10, 160x10, 190x8
Lying leg curls: 50x20, 80x10, 100x8, 120x8
Hip adductor: 175x12 (3 sets)
Seated calf raise: 150x15 (3 sets)
Decline crunch: 3 sets of 20
Machine preacher curl: 65x20, 95x6, 125x3 (4 sets), 140x3 (3 sets), 70x20
Triceps pushdowns: 85x20, 135x6, 165x3 (4 sets), 195x3 (3 sets), 95x20
Treadmill intervals: 10 min

Strength was on point today. Endurance was excellent. Had plenty in the tank today and felt strong. No ligament issues with my forearm which is good. Decent vascularity and pump.

Taking tomorrow off and will hit the gym Friday. Should be a good one!
 
Watching this one. I've never run test base, ed pinning is a bit much for me, but I'm still very curious to see what kind of results it produces.

Also interested to hear about any/all sides you may experience from the superdrol.
 
Mornin' Ladies and Gents... I've got some updating to do.

So with my work day being flipped around (from day to overnight) I didn't hit the gym until yesterday where I trained LEGS. I've still taken 50mg of test and 20mg of Superdrol a day. Today I took 50mg of test, 40mg of Superdrol and 50mg of dmaa. I'll post pics over the next few days to show where I'm at. I'm impressed with the clean energy of dmaa. It may become a staple of my pwo regimen. I've found for me, that 40mg works best. I've been cycling for a while now so I'm not as sensitive as I would be if I was fresh from being off for a while. Regardless, I feel good at 40mg. Just making sure I drink plenty of water. I also find it suppresses my appetite a bit. Which is nice as i want to lean out a little more. In the afternoon i take 4mg albuterol and 5mg yohimbine. Great for maintaining focus and keep the furnace hot. Looking to shed the last bit of belly fat now... getting there.

Leg extensions: 85x20, 130x12 (3 sets)
Thigh abduction: 130x15 (3 sets)
Lying leg curls: 65x15, 95x10 (2 sets)

Overhead cable curl: 25x20, 45x6, 65x3 (4 sets), 75x3 (3 sets), 35x20
Overhead triceps extensions: 25x20, 45x6, 65x3 (4 sets), 75x3 (3 sets), 35x20

Decent workout which ends my easing in period. Added some supplemental arm work which I will continue for the week. Today's workout: CHEST AND ARMS:
Leverage incline press: 100x20, 150x12, 170x10, 190x8
Leverage decline press: 150x10, 170x10, 190x8, 240x8
Crossovers: 40x10 (3 sets)
Single arm machine chest press: 100x15, 120x10, 150x8
Single arm machine preacher curl: 40x20, 65x6, 80x3 (4 sets), 95x3 (3 sets), 50x15
Reverse grip triceps pushdowns: 70x20, 90x6, 110x3 (4 sets), 140x3 (3 sets), 70x20

Again another good workout today. Decent pump. Felt good but not superhuman as far as strength goes. That will improve as I get back into the swing of things.

I had to reconstitute my vial this morning as it was crystallizing on the bottom of the vial. Still the pun as smooth and pain free and injected easily. Zero pip so far as most test base products are painful. Good news here.

Back and shoulders tomorrow and I'll be continuing with the same dosages for the remainder of the week. I may tweak it next week. We'll see. See you tomorrow.
 
Test base and superdrol are my two fav compounds! If I had to choose one inject and one oral these are both my top choices. I have used both of these items from dracorex as well I found them great. I am actually still using them.

As for your question about upping the dose. I find 40my of superdrol can be really strong depending on the lab, but is also great! Dracorex superdrol at 40mg is quite the ride imo, 20mg is good for daily use. Iā€™m only using my test base and superdrol pre work out. Iā€™ll take 100mg test base and 40mg superdrol. At this dose is was fine but felt amazing the pumps are great, strength is great, everything is great. If I were to use these compounds every day I would just lower the dose to 75mg test base and 20mg superdrol.

The dmaa can be used at 50mg but it all depends how sensitive to stims you are. It also depends on if you are using any fat burners or pre work outs with it. But 50mg is usually still a safe bet.
 
Interesting comments guys. So yesterday at 40mg of superdrol and 50mg of DMAA were just fine. Today, I felt a little queasy. Perhaps because I didn't have a little something to eat. None the less my workout was great and now about 2 hrs post-workout I feel great. 40mg could perhaps be overkill. And I certainly don't think I need superdrol or DMAA at those doses. Although I am considering upping the test dose and droping the orals back down. And for the sake of this log I won't be using another other preworkout, oral, or injectable for the duration of this cycle. I can't assess superdrol properly if I have too many other things flowing through my veins.

Today's workout: Back and shoulders. I added some complimentary arm work as I'm hitting them every day with this arm workout I got from T-Nation last year.

Lat pullover machine: 100*15, 150*10, 180*8, 195*8
Rear delt cable flyes: 20*12 (4 sets)
Leverage low row: 100*15, 170*10, 190*10, 240*8
Leverage shoulder press: 100*12, 150*10, 170*8, 190*6
Lying rear lateral raise (variation) 15*20 (3 sets)
Leverage shrug: 225*10 (3 sets)
V-bar triceps pushdowns: 105*15, 125*6, 165*3 (4 sets), 195*3 (3 sets), 105*20
Cable hammer curls: 65*15, 85*6, 105*3 (4 sets), 125*3 (3 sets), 65*20

Felt good except some slight nausea. Powered through this workout and felt I left some on the table as I had some left in the tank. I'll be upping the ante over the duration of the log. The test base crystallized again and I think I'll have to reconstitute each time I use it. But it's pain free and flows super easy through a 23g needle.

Tomorrow is some cardio with complimentary arm work again. See you then.

Slept like shit last night due to a few factors. None too serious. Just fucked up hours mostly. Still woke up early ready to do some complimentary arm work and cardio.

Today us actually an off day or active cardio day. But a few times a year I overtrain certain body parts. This week its arms.

50mg of test base, 20 mg of superdrol, and 25mg of DMAA. a shot of espresso and out the door. I still can't get over how clean the DMAA is. I've avoided it because of the feeling those old preworkout formulas made you feel. But DMAA and caffeine is all you need. Great stuff! Superdrol is starting to shine now. Strength is very good and my endurance was excellent. I didn't really feel much fatigue this morning. And could've pushed much harder. The test again is very smooth and pain free.

Alternating dumbbell curls: 20x20, 30x6, 40x3 (4 sets), 60x3 (3 sets), 30x20
Reverse triceps pushdowns: 75x20, 105x6, 165x3 (4 sets), 195x3 (3 sets), 85x20.
Recumbent bike: 20 min.

Nothing crazy. This little routine gives me a crazy pump, allows me to develop strength and done over 30 days I guarantee you'll grow. I plan on doing these every other week or every 2 weeks or so.

Tomorrow is going to be LEGS.

A quick update because my schedule has been fucked with these location shoots. Fortunately for me there was a gym close to my second location and I was able to get a quick leg workout in over the lunch break.

I dropped the Superdrol about 2 hrs pwo and I had 50mg of test this morning. Hit the gym around 1:30.

Leg press: 300x30 (3 sets)
Calf press on leg press machine: 30x15 (3 sets)
Lying leg curls: 85x25 (3 sets)
Leg extensions: 100x25 (3 sets)
Abduction machine: 145x15 (3 sets)
Decline crunch: 3 sets of 20.

Really quick workout as I was time restrained. But I wanted to get it in. I also didn't want to kill myself as I'm in the middle of a 15hr day.

Felt good. Endurance was very good. Had a great burn and felt flush with blood with the high reps.

I'm going to try and get a workout in tomorrow as well.

Evening fellas.. slipped in another workout during our lunch/travel break today. Tough getting these in on location days... I shot 1 cc of test this morning. Took some dmaa for energy during the morning at one point and took Superdrol about an hour preworkout. Today's workout: Chest and arms.

Leverage decline press: 135x15, 185x12, 225x10, 245x8, 265x8.
Machine press: 145x12, 195x10, 225x19, 245x10
Neutral grip dumbbell flyes: 30x12 (3 sets)
Crossovers: 45x12 (3 sets)
Reverse grip triceps extensions: 75x15, 105x6, 125x3 (4 sets), 155x3 (3 sets), 85x20
Machine preacher curl: 65x20, 95x6, 125x3 (4 sets), 155x3 (3 sets), 80x20

Done in 40 min. Fast paced, great strength and endurance. Felt really good today although I didn't have the workout I wanted as it was too busy and a lot of posers were being bitches. But happy to have gotten it in.

Kinda back to normal tomorrow. Shoulders and back. I can take my time and nail this one. I'm going to up the dosages for this one.

It's been a long day.. i have a minute to type this but I've got a few more hours of work left. Damn film industry..

So I pinned 100mg of test and dropped 20mg of Superdrol. 25mg of dmaa added to the mix and I was out the door.

I didn't have the best day energy wise. I was wiped out all day yesterday after my marathon 17hr workday Saturday and never really felt recovered. I love my wife and all but she had my Sunday packed with things to do when I could've slept then whole day. But anyway. Still managed to push pretty hard. Just felt tired and lethargic. I was surprised by the strength I was able to muster. I suppose that's the Superdrol shining there. Making up for the missed workout yesterday. So today was back and shoulders plus I added some supplemental chest work.

I heard Superdrol can lead to lethargy. If so its definitely kicking in. It doesn't help that my hours have been insane for the past week. Coupled with the fact that I was workout outside in the blazing sun, I need at least 2 straight days off to rest and recoup. From work that is.

I'm getting a LOT of comments on my physique. So things seem to be working as the should. I'm pretty happy myself. I feel like I've lost a touch of size, but most people wouldn't notice. Tomorrow chest and ARMS and legs on Wednesday before a day off.

I didn't pin or take anything this morning. I had a rough night as on my way home in the pouring rain a transport truck veered out of his lane and side swiped my truck on the 401. I pulled over... the fucker kept on truckin. Bastard,... anyway.. put the claim in and we;ll see what the assessment will be.

I worked out at lunch again today as I have to get these in wherever I can. I felt rushed as I only had an hour.. but I managed. I could the a distinct difference not taking test and/or superdrol today. Just felt off, weaker, and didn't have that aggression and sense of attack you want to have in the gym. Today's workout: chest and arms:

Bench press: 135x15, 185x6, 225x3 (4 sets), 245x3 (3 sets)
Single arm machine preacher curl: 30x20, 50x6, 80x3 (4 sets), 95x3 (3 sets)

Damn bud! I've always found that a brush with death can work great as a pre-workout but you have to get to the gym right away cause the crash can be rough.
