I am aligned with the above. I think on a cruise 150 test and 100-150 primo or mast is plenty.
I would skip proviron. The DHT will achieve the same effect without the negative impact on LDL.
For GH optimization I’ve been pleased with the effect I get from 300 mcg of ipamorelin/cjc 1295.
Would second this, but at any age the body needs to be 'symbiotic' and not enhanced. If you have been taking testosterone and other compounds for years, if you stop cold turkey you will have low test (even with a PCT) if you are like most 50 plus aged people.
Orals are orals and even if one is used medically as oral TRT, I wouldn't take any long term and that comment is based on blood work. Proviron, like other DHT drugs will increase your free test or it should.
A cycle for me is what you consider an enhanced TRT or cruise so keep that in mind. I am more for TRT dosages only and then when I want a boost something like 100-150 Primo for 3 months has a significant impact. I notice a difference in strength, stamina, how I feel in general but nothing like taking Deca (example) in the same dosage or a higher dosage. Primo is a love/hate drug with many. I love it as my only blood work change from a health perspective at a low dosage is an increase in my lymphocyte count and from a hormone standpoint my free test will increase by 3 or 4 the max of the normal parameters. If you check your LH, SHBG, etc. you will see changes there too, but I am concentrating on test, free test, and estrogen (which it does not aromotize). If I was going to do an enhanced TRT, I would drop my test to 100 mg or lower and your total test should be in upper range or potentially just over.
If you really want the Primo - even 50-100 mg (no one can convince me this is a waste as it will outshine creatine and other products people take so if that is a waste so are so many of the supplements/products many use).
In other words give your body a break as test alone, even if you are at the top of the normal range, with a good diet, and training regimen - will help keep your gains.
I am an advocate for low dose HGH and the benefits, but it is a double edged sword. A low dose to keep your IGF at a reasonable range has recovery benefits and in general may make you feel great (if it doesn't completely mess up your sleep/for many of us it has a terrible impact on sleep which hampers recovery). IGF will help you grow, heal, etc. but not just muscles - if you were to develop a slow growing cancer, HGH is like pouring gas on the fire. They do a number of tests at hormone clinics before prescribing HGH followed by further monitoring and take a full history of cancers in the family.
All the same - I only used script HGH and it was the only time in my life I could hammer it at the gym, take a very short break and then go train boxing, kickboxing, or another taxing sport afterwards.
I have been considering what
@Oldguyjiujitsu speaks about regarding peptides vs. HGH, but have not yet.
If you feel you need that much - who am I to say don't do it, but I would forget the Proviron as you will be getting the benefits from Primo anyway, and hopefully none of the negatives you get Proviron.
Best of luck no matter what you do.
