Does plasma donation lower rbc?

So I found a website that will pay you for plasma donation. But I dont think it actually lowers hemoglobin. I dont know much about this stuff. It would be sweet if we got paid for our blood. Definitely an incentive to get it done. They are "advertising" up to $550 a month for plasma donation.

After they remove the plasma they put the rest of the blood back into you but they have to add some anticoagulants because it will cause blood clots otherwise.
I decided against it for that reason. I don’t need anything increasing blood clotting
